【摘要】：在20世紀中期,西方先進國家首先提出了項目管理這一學(xué)說,并逐漸將網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)引入進來。在之后長達三十年的發(fā)展過程當中,項目管理已經(jīng)被世界各國的建設(shè)行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用,特別在進入21世紀之后,世界各國研究學(xué)者更是將研究重點放到了項目管理上,并將此作為未來項目建設(shè)當中的核心內(nèi)容。工程項目想要最大程度的獲得收益,不僅要確保其有一個良好的信譽,同時也要兼顧項目的資金投入、施工周期以及良好的施工質(zhì)量,那么就需要將項目的施工進度作為關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,歸納到項目管理當中。到現(xiàn)在為止,還有不少項目施工機構(gòu)的管理制度還不是非常完善,技術(shù)能力不夠先進,無法滿足當前社會對建筑的需求,而且施工周期較長,不能按照既定時間完成項目；不僅投入資金相對來說更大,而且也沒有建立足夠的競爭優(yōu)勢。所以,在未來很長一段時間內(nèi),工程項目都要將工程施工進度作為管理當中的重點內(nèi)容進行研究。本文通過將中科納能研發(fā)中心建設(shè)項目的施工過程作為實際研究案例,對此工程的進度管理進一步分析和研究,對我國當前建筑工程的管理進行了解,并根據(jù)實際社會需要和現(xiàn)有技術(shù)能力,在原來基礎(chǔ)上提出了項目進度管理。針對中科納能研發(fā)中心建設(shè)項目中目前存在的主要進度管理缺陷,對其中監(jiān)督和管理問題提出了幾條有可行性的意見和建議,從而使其進度得到行之有效的管理,優(yōu)化工程管理的框架和結(jié)構(gòu),這將對今后建筑進度管理的研究提供一定的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the middle of the 20th century, the advanced western countries first put forward the theory of project management, and gradually introduced the network technology. In the process of development for 30 years, project management has been widely used in the construction industry around the world. Especially after entering the 21st century, researchers in the world have put the research emphasis on project management. And take this as the core content of the future project construction. In order to maximize the benefits of the project, it is necessary not only to ensure that it has a good reputation, but also to take into account the investment of the project, the construction cycle and the good quality of the construction. So it is necessary to sum up the construction progress of the project into project management as the key content. Up to now, the management system of many project construction organizations is not very perfect, the technical ability is not advanced enough to meet the current social demand for construction, and the construction cycle is longer, and the project can not be completed in accordance with the established time; Not only is the capital invested relatively large, but also does not build enough competitive advantage. Therefore, for a long time in the future, the construction schedule of the project should be studied as the key content of the management. In this paper, the construction process of the construction project of the middle Konaneng R & D center is taken as a practical research case to further analyze and study the progress management of this project, and to understand the management of the current construction project in China. According to the actual social needs and existing technical capabilities, the project schedule management is put forward on the basis of the original. In view of the main progress management defects existing in the construction project of the middle Konaneng R & D center, this paper puts forward several feasible opinions and suggestions on the supervision and management of the project, so that the progress of the project can be effectively managed. Optimizing the frame and structure of engineering management will provide some theoretical basis for the research of construction schedule management in the future.
