鉆孔灌注樁施工方法的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】：隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，高層建筑及橋梁工程日益的增多，，樁基礎(chǔ)的應(yīng)用量隨之增大。鉆孔灌注樁是建筑物的基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)型式之一，也是防治巖土體滑動(dòng)、邊坡支護(hù)和錨固建筑物的有效措施。因此鉆孔灌注樁基礎(chǔ)顯得越來(lái)越重要，應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣。 本文研究鉆孔灌注樁的施工方法，首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹混凝土鉆孔灌注樁的特點(diǎn)以及設(shè)計(jì)施工要點(diǎn)，以及泵吸反循環(huán)鉆進(jìn)成孔的施工技術(shù)。并對(duì)某新建大樓工程中采用鉆孔灌注樁技術(shù)加固地基的應(yīng)用過(guò)程進(jìn)行探討，最后重點(diǎn)闡述在鉆孔灌注樁孔樁施工過(guò)程中，應(yīng)注意施工各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的要點(diǎn)。 鉆孔灌注樁能夠有效的解決了塌孔、斷樁、縮徑、泥漿排放等問(wèn)題，極大地提高了工作效率，是一種很好的、值得推廣的一種地基加固處理方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of national economy, the application of pile foundation increases with the increasing of high-rise building and bridge engineering. Bored cast-in-place pile is one of the basic structure types of buildings, and it is also an effective measure to prevent the sliding of rock and soil, slope support and Anchorage of buildings. Therefore, the bored pile foundation is becoming more and more important and widely used. In this paper, the construction method of bored pile is studied. Firstly, the characteristics of concrete bored pile and the key points of design and construction are briefly introduced, as well as the construction technology of pump suction reverse circulation drilling. The application process of using bored pile technology to reinforce foundation in a new building project is discussed. At last, the key points of construction should be paid attention to during the construction of bored pile. Bored cast-in-place pile can effectively solve the problems of hole collapse, broken pile, diameter reduction, mud discharge and so on. It can greatly improve the working efficiency. It is a good and worth popularizing method of foundation reinforcement.
