【摘要】：住區(qū)空間是人們?nèi)粘＞幼∩畹闹匾臻g,它具有較強(qiáng)的地域特性。隨著人們需求層次的提升,健康居住的住區(qū)戶外空間環(huán)境已成為當(dāng)前人們的追求。住區(qū)的入口空間、中心景觀空間和宅間空間作為住區(qū)的主要戶外空間,現(xiàn)已成為住區(qū)戶外空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)營(yíng)造的重要內(nèi)容。全文共分五章。第一章介紹論文的選題背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外住區(qū)發(fā)展研究動(dòng)態(tài),提出住區(qū)戶外空間問(wèn)題,闡述研究目的、意義、內(nèi)容,確定研究方法和研究框架。第二章詮釋住區(qū)戶外空間的相關(guān)概念,提出健康居住的戶外空間環(huán)境的內(nèi)容和基本特征。第三章闡述江南地區(qū)的外部空間環(huán)境的自然特征要素和人文歷史文脈,論述人與環(huán)境之間關(guān)系,倡導(dǎo)“尊重環(huán)境、以人為本”的設(shè)計(jì)思想。第四章分別論述住區(qū)入口空間、中心景觀空間和宅間空間的構(gòu)成要素與功能,結(jié)合當(dāng)前住區(qū)實(shí)地調(diào)研分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,剖析原因及影響因素,提出設(shè)計(jì)原則。第五章以工作實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目為分析案例,闡述不同類(lèi)型住區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)思想和設(shè)計(jì)方法,并基于住區(qū)戶外空間設(shè)計(jì)基本原則,探究解決當(dāng)前住區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)中存在的不足,并提出設(shè)計(jì)策略,以期達(dá)到營(yíng)造滿足當(dāng)前人們需求的、健康居住的戶外空間環(huán)境的研究目標(biāo)。最后總結(jié)全文,表達(dá)對(duì)本文研究意義的期許及對(duì)住區(qū)發(fā)展前景的期望。
[Abstract]:Residential space is an important space for people to live in daily life, and it has strong regional characteristics. With the improvement of people's demand level, the outdoor space environment of healthy residential area has become the current people's pursuit. As the main outdoor space, the entrance space, the central landscape space and the house space have become the important content of the residential outdoor space environment design. The full text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background of the thesis, the research trends of the residential development at home and abroad, puts forward the outdoor space problems in residential areas, expounds the purpose, significance, content, determination of research methods and research framework. The second chapter explains the related concepts of outdoor space in residential area, and puts forward the contents and basic characteristics of outdoor space environment of healthy residence. The third chapter expounds the natural characteristics of the external space environment in the south of the Yangtze River and the humanistic historical context, discusses the relationship between human beings and the environment, and advocates the design idea of "respecting the environment and putting people first". The fourth chapter discusses the elements and functions of residential entrance space, central landscape space and house space respectively. Combining with the field investigation and analysis of current residential area, it finds out the problems, analyzes the reasons and influence factors, and puts forward the design principles. The fifth chapter takes the work practice project as the analysis case, elaborates the different types of residential district planning design thought and the design method, and based on the residential area outdoor space design basic principle, explores and solves the present residential area design in the insufficiency, The design strategy is put forward in order to achieve the research goal of building a healthy outdoor space environment to meet the needs of people. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text, expresses the expectation of the significance of this study and the prospect of residential development.
