養(yǎng)護(hù)對(duì)氯離子侵蝕環(huán)境下混凝土耐久性的影響研究

【摘要】:海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性設(shè)計(jì)及耐久使用壽命的研究具有重要意義。擴(kuò)散系數(shù)是氯離子侵蝕環(huán)境下海工混凝土耐久性及壽命預(yù)測(cè)的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)的影響因素,如水膠比、材料組成及性質(zhì)、外界環(huán)境等已有較為系統(tǒng)的研究,實(shí)際工程中也較為重視這些因素的影響。養(yǎng)護(hù)作為影響海工混凝土耐久性的重要因素,在工程施工中,卻并未受到足夠的重視,并且現(xiàn)有養(yǎng)護(hù)對(duì)海工混凝土耐久性影響的研究也不能反映施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的真實(shí)情況。為更好的反映養(yǎng)護(hù)對(duì)混凝土耐久性的影響,本文采用模擬實(shí)際工程的自然養(yǎng)護(hù)與實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù),對(duì)兩種養(yǎng)護(hù)方式下不同礦物摻合料的混凝土氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)進(jìn)行分析比較,系統(tǒng)地研究了養(yǎng)護(hù)方式對(duì)氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)的影響。 論文首先分析和討論了混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)及氯離子侵蝕環(huán)境下混凝土的耐久性。根據(jù)基于氯離子擴(kuò)散理論的壽命預(yù)測(cè)模型,分析了氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)對(duì)海工混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)使用壽命的影響;討論了氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)的影響因素。分析認(rèn)為,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)澆筑完成后,,養(yǎng)護(hù)是影響混凝土氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)的主要因素,研究養(yǎng)護(hù)對(duì)氯離子侵蝕環(huán)境下混凝土耐久性具有重要意義。 論文模擬工程實(shí)際的養(yǎng)護(hù)方式對(duì)摻加不同礦物摻合料的大尺寸混凝土試件進(jìn)行室外養(yǎng)護(hù),與實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)試件進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。應(yīng)用RCM法和NEL法兩種方法測(cè)定不同齡期的混凝土氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù),根據(jù)測(cè)定的擴(kuò)散系數(shù),討論了不同養(yǎng)護(hù)方式的混凝土擴(kuò)散系數(shù)變化規(guī)律;對(duì)兩種養(yǎng)護(hù)方式的不同摻合料混凝土氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)進(jìn)行了比較分析。 對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析表明,兩種養(yǎng)護(hù)方式的混凝土氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)具有較好的相關(guān)性,兩者呈現(xiàn)指數(shù)關(guān)系。根據(jù)建立的關(guān)系式,可應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)養(yǎng)護(hù)條件下的混凝土氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)來反映實(shí)際的混凝土擴(kuò)散系數(shù)值,同時(shí)在海工混凝土耐久性設(shè)計(jì)及壽命預(yù)測(cè)中可以采取更為合理的參數(shù),使得壽命預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果更為準(zhǔn)確。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the durability design and service life of marine concrete structures. Diffusion coefficient is the key parameter of durability and life prediction of marine concrete under chloride ion erosion environment. The existing literatures influence the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion, such as water-binder ratio, material composition and properties. The external environment has been studied systematically, and the influence of these factors has been paid more attention to in practical engineering. Maintenance, as an important factor affecting the durability of marine concrete, has not been paid enough attention in engineering construction, and the existing research on the effect of maintenance on the durability of marine concrete can not reflect the real situation of construction site. In order to better reflect the influence of curing on the durability of concrete, this paper analyzes and compares the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete with different mineral admixtures under the condition of simulating natural curing of actual engineering and laboratory standard curing. The effect of curing mode on chloride diffusion coefficient was studied systematically. Firstly, the durability of concrete under the condition of concrete curing and chloride ion erosion is analyzed and discussed. According to the life prediction model based on chloride ion diffusion theory, the influence of chloride ion diffusion coefficient on the service life of marine concrete structure is analyzed, and the influence factors of chloride ion diffusion coefficient are discussed. It is considered that the curing is the main factor affecting the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete after the concrete structure is poured, and it is of great significance to study the durability of concrete under chloride ion erosion environment. The paper simulates the actual maintenance mode of engineering and carries out outdoor maintenance of large size concrete specimens with different mineral admixtures, which is compared with the laboratory standard curing specimens. The chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete of different ages was measured by RCM method and NEL method. According to the measured diffusion coefficient, the variation law of concrete diffusion coefficient of different curing modes was discussed. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete with different curing methods was compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete with two curing modes has a good correlation, and the relationship between them is exponential. According to the established formula, the chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete under standard curing conditions can be applied to reflect the actual concrete diffusion coefficient, and more reasonable parameters can be taken in the durability design and life prediction of marine concrete. The result of life prediction is more accurate.
