現(xiàn)代城市綜合體外部環(huán)境與城市環(huán)境整合設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】：21世紀(jì)以來，隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的一體化，中國的城市化進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，人們生活水平和質(zhì)量有了新的提高，人口結(jié)構(gòu)、消費(fèi)觀念都有了新的變化，人們的生活觀和價(jià)值觀也變得多元化。城市建設(shè)正經(jīng)歷著如火如荼的浪潮，同時(shí)城市問題也日益突出。 作為城市特色的重要載體，作為城市的新客廳，作為城市現(xiàn)代化的標(biāo)志，城市綜合體項(xiàng)目在城市建設(shè)過程中發(fā)展迅速，已經(jīng)成為很多商業(yè)開發(fā)商的首選，成為城市規(guī)劃的中流砥柱和發(fā)展趨勢。城市綜合體提高了人們的生活質(zhì)量，豐富了人們的日常生活，滿足了人們對新生活方式的追求，具有廣闊的前景。其外部空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)不僅僅是美化城市，展示文化，追求生態(tài)，更重要的是要給城市綜合體中的人們心理上帶來高品質(zhì)的娛樂和享受。但是，在城市綜合體建筑理論和實(shí)踐都日益成熟的今天，綜合體外部空間環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)卻沒有得到相關(guān)開發(fā)者和設(shè)計(jì)者的重視，對于這一方面的研究國內(nèi)和國際都很匱乏，，僅僅只言片語的理論解釋。 本文研究的城市綜合體建筑外部環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)主要針對供步行者使用的外部環(huán)境，從城市發(fā)展的角度探討城市綜合體外部環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)的演變，并系統(tǒng)論述城市綜合體外部環(huán)境與城市環(huán)境的整合、城市綜合體外部景觀與城市景觀的整合、城市綜合體外部環(huán)境與城市文脈的整合。其實(shí)，這三方面既有附屬關(guān)系，又有平行關(guān)系。 并且，通過借鑒分析國際國內(nèi)已建的城市綜合體建筑外環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)典項(xiàng)目的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，通過對綜合體外部空間環(huán)境的特色元素和城市文化的深入挖掘，通過實(shí)際的設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)工作，并對照我國當(dāng)前的城市綜合體設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀，從人的心理行為、城市特色、以人為本的角度，探討和研究創(chuàng)造人性化的，具有城市特色的綜合體外部環(huán)境的理論和方法，希望為城市綜合體的設(shè)計(jì)提出具有意義的可行性意見和建議，對國內(nèi)的城市綜合體外部空間環(huán)境規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展起到一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, with the integration of the global economy and the further development of China's urbanization, people's living standards and quality have been improved, and the population structure and consumption concept have all undergone new changes. People's outlook on life and values have also become diversified. Urban construction is going through a wave of raging fire, at the same time, urban problems are increasingly prominent. As an important carrier of urban characteristics, as the new living room of the city, as the symbol of urban modernization, the urban complex project has developed rapidly in the process of urban construction, and has become the first choice for many commercial developers. Become the mainstay and development trend of urban planning. Urban complex improves people's quality of life, enriches people's daily life, satisfies people's pursuit of new life style, and has broad prospect. Its exterior space environment design not only beautifies the city, displays the culture, pursues the ecology, but also brings the high quality entertainment and enjoyment to the people in the city complex psychologically. However, as the theory and practice of urban complex architecture become more and more mature today, the design of the outer space environment of the complex has not been paid much attention by the relevant developers and designers. The research on this aspect is very scarce both at home and abroad. A theoretical explanation of mere words. In this paper, the external environment design of urban complex building is mainly aimed at the external environment for pedestrian, and the evolution of external environment design of urban complex is discussed from the perspective of urban development. The integration of external environment and urban environment of urban complex, the integration of external landscape and urban landscape of urban complex, and the integration of external environment and urban context of urban complex are discussed systematically. In fact, these three aspects have both subsidiary and parallel relations. In addition, through the analysis of the advanced experience of the classical project of the exterior environment design of the urban complex building, the characteristic elements of the outer space environment of the complex and the urban culture are deeply excavated. Through the design work of the actual design project, and compared with the current situation of the urban complex design in our country, from the human psychological behavior, the city characteristic, the people-oriented angle, discusses and studies creates the humanized, The theories and methods of the external environment of the complex with urban characteristics are hoped to provide meaningful feasible opinions and suggestions for the design of the urban complex. It plays a positive role in the development of outer space environment planning and design of urban complex in China.
