再生葉蠟石-碳化硅-碳磚的研制與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為了回收利用廢葉蠟石-碳化硅-碳磚,將廢磚進行揀選并清除磚體表面鐵渣等雜物,干燥后破碎成≤7 mm顆粒,經(jīng)輪碾機整形后,篩分出3~1和≤1 mm的顆粒料,然后分別以不同質(zhì)量分數(shù)(20%、30%、40%)的再生葉蠟石-碳化硅-碳顆粒料等量取代葉蠟石-碳化硅-碳新磚配方中的GL-80回轉(zhuǎn)窯高鋁顆粒料,經(jīng)混練、成型、干燥、煅燒后,檢測試樣的顯氣孔率、體積密度、常溫耐壓強度、燒后線變化率和抗渣侵蝕性。結(jié)果表明:1)隨著再生顆粒加入量的增加,再生磚的顯氣孔率和常溫耐壓強度變化不大,體積密度減小,燒后線變化增大,抗渣滲透性能略有提高,但抗渣侵蝕性能沒有明顯變化。2)加入40%(w)再生料的再生磚在某鐵廠100 t鐵水包壁上使用,其侵蝕速率與新磚的相當,但原料成本比新磚大幅降低。
