【摘要】：2010年中國上海舉辦了舉世矚目的世界博覽會（注冊類InternationalRegistered Exhibition），這是該類型第一次在中國舉辦，受到了全世界的關(guān)注和積極參與，也成為了世博會有史以來規(guī)模最大的一次，取得了巨大的成績和圓滿的成功，對中國乃至世界城市建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展等方面產(chǎn)生重大的影響。隨著2010年上海世博會的結(jié)束，后續(xù)利用也進入了快速推進階段。如何讓世博會場館的后續(xù)利用繼續(xù)發(fā)揮“城市，讓生活更美好”的世博主題，如何實現(xiàn)世博園區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，如何實現(xiàn)世博園區(qū)及周邊乃至上海地區(qū)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，成為上海世博會后續(xù)利用過程中首先要考慮的問題。 同時，世博會場館后續(xù)利用也是世博會成功與否的一項重要指標，所以做好上海世博會場館的后續(xù)利用及建設(shè)的跟蹤演進過程研究，將有利于世博園地區(qū)的健康發(fā)展，有利于世博會園區(qū)及永久性場館在各方面的相互統(tǒng)一、協(xié)調(diào)和補充，以及未來世博園區(qū)對周邊及上海輻射圈內(nèi)建立與世博功能和理念相一致的、相對完整的城市社會經(jīng)濟功能。作為一個正在實現(xiàn)民族偉大復(fù)興的發(fā)展中國家，有效的利用與可持續(xù)的發(fā)展，以及由此帶來的世博示范效應(yīng)，對中國的意義尤其巨大，將會繼續(xù)和進一步詮釋上海世博會“城市。讓生活更美好”。本課題的實際應(yīng)用價值與學術(shù)意義也正基于此。 本文將從上海世博會的后續(xù)利用過程入手，首先對歷屆世博會建設(shè)資料進行整合和歸納，分析研究世博會后續(xù)利用的影響因素、模式和經(jīng)驗。然后對上海世博會會前關(guān)于后續(xù)利用的各方觀點進行梳理，總結(jié)其相同點和不同點，，對其進行評價，同時對世博會場館后續(xù)利用會后官方方案進行解讀，研究會前規(guī)劃預(yù)期和會后具體實施差異點。最后通過可持續(xù)發(fā)展的街區(qū)改造實際案例進行后續(xù)利用的深化和細化，來說明上海世博會后續(xù)利用的演進過程以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念在世博園場館中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In 2010, Shanghai, China, hosted the world famous World Expo (InternationalRegistered Exhibition), which was held for the first time in China. It has attracted the attention and active participation of the whole world, and has become the largest expo in the history of the World Expo. It has made great achievements and great success, and has had a great influence on the construction and economic development of cities in China and the rest of the world. With the end of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the follow-up use has entered a rapid stage. How to make the follow-up use of the World Expo venues continue to play the theme of "better City, better Life", how to realize the sustainable development of the Expo Park, how to realize the coordinated development of the Expo Park and its surrounding areas and even Shanghai, Shanghai World Expo will become the first issue to be considered in the process of future utilization. At the same time, the follow-up utilization of the World Expo venues is also an important indicator of the success of the World Expo, so it will be beneficial to the healthy development of the Expo Park area to do a good job in the follow-up utilization of the Shanghai World Expo venues and the tracking of the evolution process of the construction. It is beneficial to the unification, coordination and supplement of the Expo park and the permanent stadiums in all aspects, and to the establishment of relatively complete urban social and economic functions in the future Expo park and the radiation circle of Shanghai in accordance with the functions and concepts of the Expo. As a developing country that is achieving a great national rejuvenation, effective utilization and sustainable development, as well as the demonstration effects of the Expo, are of great significance to China. Will continue and further interpretation of the Shanghai World Expo "city." Make life better ". The practical application value and academic significance of this subject are also based on this. Starting with the process of follow-up utilization of Shanghai World Expo, this paper first integrates and summarizes the construction materials of previous World Expo, and analyzes and studies the influencing factors, models and experiences of the follow-up utilization of World Expo. Then the views of all the parties concerned about the follow-up utilization before the Shanghai World Expo are sorted out, their similarities and differences are summarized, and they are evaluated. At the same time, the official plans for the follow-up utilization of the Expo venues are interpreted. The differences between the planning expectation and the specific implementation after the conference. Finally through the sustainable development of the real case of block reconstruction to deepen and refine the follow-up use of the Shanghai World Expo to explain the evolution process and the concept of sustainable development in the Expo venue application.
