【摘要】：華夏文化源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)在祖國(guó)大地上星羅棋布，它們是歷史文化資源、旅游資源、科技研究的資料，是全人類共同的寶貴財(cái)產(chǎn)。在我國(guó)當(dāng)今快速城市化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中，許多有價(jià)值的歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)遭到建設(shè)性的破壞。這些不可復(fù)制的文化遺產(chǎn)迫切地需要有序保護(hù)，以保留我國(guó)各地的文化載體、村鎮(zhèn)空間與建筑。歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃是歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)工作中的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)，隨著歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)工作在廣度和深度上不斷推進(jìn)，我們需要對(duì)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)進(jìn)行全面深入研究，提出符合歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)自身特點(diǎn)的保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)路線和編制技術(shù)，并以此指導(dǎo)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的保護(hù)與保護(hù)規(guī)劃實(shí)踐。 本文對(duì)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)的研究遵循“調(diào)研實(shí)踐—理論思考—技術(shù)構(gòu)建—指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐”的研究思路，“從實(shí)踐中來，到實(shí)踐中去”。 歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)與保護(hù)規(guī)劃的調(diào)研實(shí)踐。通過文獻(xiàn)綜述了解歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)與保護(hù)規(guī)劃的研究現(xiàn)狀，并找到本文研究的切入點(diǎn)；通過歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)地調(diào)研，總結(jié)分析歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的特點(diǎn)：文化遺產(chǎn)的原真性、歷史文化的多樣性、歷史風(fēng)貌的完整性、鄉(xiāng)土生活的延續(xù)性和遺產(chǎn)資源的公共性。收集100個(gè)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃案例文本對(duì)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，為歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)的構(gòu)建提供基礎(chǔ)資料與借鑒。 歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)與保護(hù)規(guī)劃的理論思考。用“否定之否定”規(guī)律對(duì)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)發(fā)展的階段性進(jìn)行了哲學(xué)分析，明確我國(guó)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)還處于第一次否定的階段，需要進(jìn)行積極的保護(hù)。并根據(jù)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)階段的保護(hù)目標(biāo)確定了目前的保護(hù)規(guī)劃目標(biāo)任務(wù)：一是記錄，盡可能全面地收集、記錄、整理并保存歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的基礎(chǔ)資料數(shù)據(jù)，將歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)由物質(zhì)層次的原真性轉(zhuǎn)化為知識(shí)層次的原真性。二是控制，盡可能地保護(hù)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)和非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。三是引導(dǎo)，在保護(hù)的前提下，合理引導(dǎo)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和諧持續(xù)發(fā)展。 歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)的構(gòu)建。根據(jù)歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)的特點(diǎn)和保護(hù)規(guī)劃的理論辨析，，建立歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的技術(shù)體系：（1）基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的收集和分析，是遺產(chǎn)原真性對(duì)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的要求。（2）歷史文化遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)，是歷史文化原真性和多樣性對(duì)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的要求。（3）歷史風(fēng)貌的整治，是歷史風(fēng)貌完整性對(duì)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的要求。（4）現(xiàn)代適應(yīng)性更新，是鄉(xiāng)土生活延續(xù)性和遺產(chǎn)資源公共性對(duì)保護(hù)規(guī)劃的要求。 歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐。將上述歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)歸納總結(jié)成歷史文化村鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)導(dǎo)則，以簡(jiǎn)明扼要的條文形式作為研究成果附在文后；并將保護(hù)規(guī)劃技術(shù)應(yīng)用到梅州市僑鄉(xiāng)村的保護(hù)規(guī)劃中。
[Abstract]:Chinese culture has a long history, and historical and cultural villages and towns are scattered all over the motherland. They are historical and cultural resources, tourist resources, scientific and technological research materials, and are the common precious property of all mankind. In the process of rapid urbanization in China, many valuable historical and cultural villages and towns have been destroyed constructively. These unrepeatable cultural heritages urgently need to be protected in order to preserve the cultural carrier, the space and architecture of villages and towns. The protection planning of historical and cultural villages and towns is a key link in the protection of historical and cultural villages and towns. With the development of the protection work of historical and cultural villages and towns in scope and depth, We need to carry out a comprehensive and in-depth study on the conservation planning technology of historical and cultural villages and towns, and put forward the technical route and compilation technology of protection planning that conforms to the characteristics of historical and cultural villages and towns. And to guide the historical and cultural villages and towns protection and protection planning practice. In this paper, the research on protection planning technology of historical and cultural villages and towns follows the research idea of "research practice-theory thinking-technology construction-guiding practice", "from practice to practice".
