【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)作為人類文化進(jìn)步與歷史發(fā)展的見證物，，具有非常重要的多重價(jià)值。自上世紀(jì)90年代以來，我國(guó)的城市發(fā)展進(jìn)入了快速城市化時(shí)期，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整使得傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)區(qū)的建筑條件及其外部空間環(huán)境、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施條件等表現(xiàn)出了滯后與老化的現(xiàn)象，在紛紛遭遇產(chǎn)業(yè)衰敗后逐步被遷出市區(qū)或是被遺棄。于是城市中便出現(xiàn)了大量廢舊廠房、工業(yè)廢棄地等的遺存，其內(nèi)部建筑破損坍塌，植物雜亂叢生，有的甚至逐漸發(fā)展為城市垃圾的堆棄點(diǎn)，整體表現(xiàn)出一幅破敗、沒有活力的城市景象，影響著城市的環(huán)境品質(zhì)和整體風(fēng)貌，同時(shí)也掩蓋了工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的文化內(nèi)涵。雖然目前有關(guān)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)再利用的研究已取得了一定的成效，一些舊工業(yè)區(qū)的環(huán)境風(fēng)貌也得到了改善，但目前的多數(shù)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)改造建設(shè)都更側(cè)重于舊工業(yè)建筑內(nèi)部空間的更新利用，相比之下對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間的更新設(shè)計(jì)則略顯不足，隨著人們對(duì)生活質(zhì)量和生活環(huán)境的要求在不斷的提升，城市舊工業(yè)區(qū)外部空間環(huán)境的改造也逐漸引起了更多人群的關(guān)注，工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間的更新建設(shè)仍然還有很大的發(fā)展空間。 論文采用文獻(xiàn)整理、實(shí)地調(diào)查和比較研究的方法，選擇現(xiàn)有的具有代表性的工業(yè)遺址區(qū)進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究，整理解析出工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間改造的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和更新策略，并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外多個(gè)實(shí)例的分析比較，進(jìn)一步完善工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)復(fù)興的理論與實(shí)踐，達(dá)到恢復(fù)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間的活力，提高其使用效率，滿足人們對(duì)建筑外部空間的多樣化需求。 論文分五章來研究當(dāng)代工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間更新設(shè)計(jì)： 第一章為提出問題部分，主要是對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)及建筑外部空間的相關(guān)概念做了界定，并將研究核心集中在當(dāng)代工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間的更新設(shè)計(jì)上，確定了研究的目的、意義以及結(jié)構(gòu)框架，并對(duì)目前關(guān)于工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)更新改造的相關(guān)理論做了整理。 第二、三章為分析問題部分，這部分首先對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間進(jìn)行解析，分別從分類、形式、構(gòu)成要素及空間特點(diǎn)等方面進(jìn)行闡述。其次是對(duì)工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間的改造價(jià)值進(jìn)行分析，并對(duì)其更新設(shè)計(jì)中的相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行分類闡述。最后是根據(jù)相關(guān)改造案例進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研，分析整理出工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間更新設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和改造策略。 第四章是本文的重點(diǎn)，為解決問題部分，這部分先以外部空間中人的行為活動(dòng)研究為基礎(chǔ)，分析人的行為活動(dòng)對(duì)建筑外部空間的需求，再?gòu)目臻g單元形式和構(gòu)成等方面闡述工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間更新設(shè)計(jì)的要點(diǎn)和方法。 第五章是理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的部分，主要結(jié)合筆者參與的綿陽市朝陽廠改造設(shè)計(jì)的親身體會(huì)，對(duì)前文理論進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的闡述，并進(jìn)一步說明工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間更新設(shè)計(jì)的思路和特點(diǎn)。 最后部分是全文的結(jié)語及對(duì)未來工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)建筑外部空間更新建設(shè)的展望。
