【摘要】：發(fā)展工業(yè)化裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑特別符合我國(guó)化解鋼鐵產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩、發(fā)展綠色建筑的戰(zhàn)略要求,是我國(guó)建筑業(yè)真正實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的必由之路,也是保障災(zāi)后建筑重建速度和抗震安全的迫切要求。分析目前阻礙我國(guó)工業(yè)化裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的瓶頸問(wèn)題以及學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)際先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的必要性,對(duì)工業(yè)化裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系及節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造創(chuàng)新、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范編制以及裝配式斜支撐節(jié)點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)整體優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、整體穩(wěn)定性、主板和柱子穩(wěn)定性、罕遇地震彈塑性分析、單榀框架試驗(yàn)、法蘭螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)及梁柱連接節(jié)點(diǎn)性能試驗(yàn)、拼接樓板剛度保障構(gòu)造等關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,成果成功應(yīng)用于試點(diǎn)工程。
[Abstract]:The development of industrialized prefabricated steel structure buildings is in line with the strategic requirements of resolving steel overcapacity and developing green buildings in China, which is the only way to realize the modernization of the construction industry in our country. It is also an urgent requirement to ensure the reconstruction speed and seismic safety after the disaster. This paper analyzes the bottleneck problem that hinders the industrialization of industrial assembly steel structure in our country at present, and the necessity of studying international advanced experience, and innovates the construction of industrial assembly steel structure system and joint. Compilation of standard specifications and integral optimum design of reinforced steel structures with prefabricated oblique braced joints, overall stability, stability of main plates and columns, rare seismic elastoplastic analysis, single frame test, The key problems such as performance test of flange bolted connection joint and Liang Zhu connection joint and rigidity support structure of jointed floor were studied. The results were successfully applied to the pilot project.
