帶隔板懸臂梁扭轉(zhuǎn)特性分析

【摘要】:為研究帶隔板懸臂梁隔板對箱梁受力及變形的影響機理,將帶隔板箱梁視為具有內(nèi)部贅余聯(lián)系的高次超靜定結(jié)構(gòu),提出基于變形協(xié)調(diào)原理的畸變?nèi)岫确?并結(jié)合精細(xì)時程積分迭代算法精確求解內(nèi)部贅余力;陂]口截面初參數(shù)法和疊加原理,得到m個偏心載荷作用下具有n塊隔板懸臂梁自由端扭率和轉(zhuǎn)角表達式。以純扭矩作用下單隔板懸臂梁為例,對比有限元法結(jié)果充分驗證畸變?nèi)岫确ň_性;綜合研究隔板位置對帶隔板懸臂梁自由端轉(zhuǎn)角和翹曲位移的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)隔板由固定端移動至自由端時,自由端轉(zhuǎn)角先減小后小幅增大,節(jié)點翹曲位移大幅減小。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanism of the influence of the diaphragm on the stress and deformation of the box girder, the box girder with the diaphragm is regarded as a high-order statically indeterminate structure with internal redundant connections, and a distortion compliance method based on the principle of deformation coordination is proposed. And the precise time integration iterative algorithm is used to solve the problem of Yu Li. Based on the method of initial parameters of closed section and the principle of superposition, the expressions of torsion ratio and angle of free end of cantilever beam with n spacer plates under m eccentricity loads are obtained. Taking the order plate cantilever beam with pure torque as an example, the accuracy of the distortion flexibility method is fully verified by comparing the results of finite element method, and the influence of the partition position on the free end rotation angle and warpage displacement of the cantilever beam with diaphragm is studied synthetically. The results show that when the diaphragm moves from the fixed end to the free end, the angle of the free end first decreases and then increases slightly, and the node warping displacement decreases significantly.
