再生細(xì)骨料墻體材料制備方法與力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, the waste of construction waste is gradually increasing every year. How to turn waste into treasure has become one of the hotspots of current research. The recycling of concrete has become one of the ways to solve the environmental pollution. In the process of manufacture and utilization of recycled aggregate, recycled fine aggregate can be used to make wall material with great maneuverability. The mechanical properties of common wall materials such as block and mortar do not require high mechanical properties of beam, plate and column. In this paper, the physical properties of recycled fine aggregate are studied, such as particle gradation, apparent density, packing density, porosity, water absorption and mud content. Then the production technology of recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block is described. The compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block at room temperature and high temperature are studied. Finally, the density, consistency, stratification and compressive strength of lime cement mortar are studied. The physical properties of recycled fine aggregate were studied in accordance with the basic test method required by "recycled fine aggregate for concrete and mortar". In the preparation of recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block, the influence factor is the content of recycled fine aggregate. According to "Test method of concrete small Hollow Block", compressive test and flexural test are carried out. Then the batch recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block was placed in different high temperature environment and its quality and residual compressive strength were measured after cooling. The consistency, stratification, density and compressive strength of regenerated fine aggregate were measured by taking into account the influence of the replacement rate of regenerated fine aggregate on the preparation of reclaimed lime cement mortar. The results are as follows: (1) the water absorption of recycled fine aggregate is higher than that of natural river sand. The other physical properties are reduced. (2) the compressive and flexural strength of recycled concrete hollow block decreases with the increase of the replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregate under the condition that the other conditions affecting the compressive and flexural resistance of recycled concrete hollow block are not changed. Under the same replacement rate of regenerated fine aggregate, the compression strength decreases and the burning loss increases with the increasing of temperature. At the same high temperature, with the increase of the replacement rate of regenerated fine aggregate, the loss of burning increases and the compressive strength decreases. (3) the substitution rate increases from 0-100% in the range of 10% to 100%. The change of consistency and delamination of relime cement mortar meets the requirements of masonry mortar, but its strength is lower than that of natural cement lime mortar.
