超高韌度水泥基復合材料經亞高溫處理后的性能

【摘要】:通過狗骨試件拉伸試驗、數字圖像影像相關處理(DIC)和立方體試塊軸壓試驗,研究了高粉煤灰摻量的超高韌度水泥基復合材料(ECC)在亞高溫處理后的力學性能。結果表明:在不高于200℃的溫度處理后,ECC仍能實現多裂縫開裂,并能有效地控制裂縫的寬度。50、100℃溫度處理明顯提高了ECC的抗拉強度和應變能力,200℃時有所回落,但仍高于常溫水平。DIC法的測試結果顯示,各溫度工況下基體在極限拉伸時的裂縫寬度相近,不同溫度的影響主要體現在裂縫的數量上。在20、50和100℃時,ECC抗壓強度大小相當,200℃時下降19.3%。適當的溫度處理可以提高ECC基體的強度并改善纖維與基體的界面性能,從而提高ECC的抗拉性能和應變硬化能力。
