【摘要】：福州是國家第二批歷史文化名城之一,但福州的歷史文化街區(qū)在保護和開發(fā)的過程中卻遭到了不同程度的破壞。本文基于對上下杭歷史文化街區(qū)實地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)之上,對上下杭歷史文化街區(qū)保護和開發(fā)中多利益主體之間的博弈關(guān)系進行了分析,并從現(xiàn)代城市文明的角度闡述上下杭歷史文化街區(qū)對于福州城市的重要性,重點就政府如何在上下杭歷史文化街區(qū)保護和開發(fā)中發(fā)揮積極作用、正確進行角色定位提出幾點構(gòu)想和建議。
[Abstract]:Fuzhou is one of the second historical and cultural cities in our country, but the historical and cultural district of Fuzhou has been destroyed to some extent in the course of protection and development. Based on the field investigation of the historical and cultural blocks in Xiaohang, this paper analyzes the game relationship between the multi-interest subjects in the protection and development of the historical and cultural blocks. From the point of view of modern urban civilization, this paper expounds the importance of the historical and cultural blocks of Xiaohang to Fuzhou city, and focuses on how the government can play an active role in the protection and development of the historical and cultural blocks in the upper and lower Hangzhou. This paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the correct positioning of roles.
