傳統(tǒng)雙代號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的改進(jìn)與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and economy, more and more construction projects have been built, and the contents of project management have been continuously improved. Project schedule management is a very important work in engineering project management. It is more and more important to reflect the implementation of the project, and it also puts forward higher requirements for the method of project schedule management. Project schedule management is an effective guarantee for enterprises to obtain economic benefits. Every construction project has to invest a lot of financial resources during the construction period, and bear the huge financial pressure and the risk of capital recovery. Therefore, the early completion of the project into use, will be able to produce early benefits. As a construction enterprise, after the signing of the contract and without major changes in construction content, if we want to obtain relatively more economic benefits, we must adopt scientific management methods. The project schedule management is an effective and direct means to obtain good economic benefits reasonably [1]. How to further control the duration of the project, save resources and save the investment of the project is a common concern of the project managers at present. The construction unit is the main body of the construction schedule control, it is necessary to analyze and investigate the factors that affect the progress plan, predict the influence of each factor on the progress, guide the implementation of the project schedule plan, and ensure the schedule control. Drawing up project schedule is an important part of project management, which can reflect the implementation of a project. It plays an important role in ensuring the completion of the project on schedule by doing the schedule management well in the construction stage. The traditional network schedule, because there are many uncertain factors in the construction process, the implementation time of its activities can not be fully determined. Therefore, in determining the network schedule planning time parameters, we use the plan review method (PERT), time parameters determination is to use experienced technicians to estimate the duration of each event roughly, by determining the most optimistic time. The most pessimistic time and the most likely time. In the estimation of time parameters, the most pessimistic time is used in the traditional network schedule. In this way, the overall progress of the project is long, the amount of resources is large, and the cost of the project is higher. Through the analysis of the traditional network schedule, we can see that if we want to obtain good economic benefits, we must ensure a reasonable time limit, and the improved network schedule adopts the most optimistic time when determining the time parameters. Compared with the traditional network schedule, it has the advantages of short construction period, cost saving and so on.
