【摘要】：針對(duì)現(xiàn)有大型拉拔直剪儀剪切盒不能進(jìn)行土工合成材料之間或土工合成材料和顆粒材料之間直剪試驗(yàn)的狀況,在現(xiàn)有大型拉拔剪切儀的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)要求和試驗(yàn)影響因素,分別對(duì)該設(shè)備的上下剪切盒進(jìn)行了改裝.在下剪切盒內(nèi)放置可固定土工合成材料的Ⅱ字型板架,并通過在上剪切盒內(nèi)放置內(nèi)置擋板或可固定土工合成材料的鋼板2種方式,使加載方式能實(shí)現(xiàn)柔性承壓和剛性承壓.利用改裝后的設(shè)備,對(duì)光面土工膜-砂土界面、光面土工膜-土工布界面進(jìn)行了直剪試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與其他同類材料直剪試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較為吻合,證明對(duì)該設(shè)備的改裝是合理可行的.最后,對(duì)加肋土工膜-砂土界面、加肋土工膜-土工布界面進(jìn)行了一系列直剪試驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了該設(shè)備改裝后的穩(wěn)定性.
