【摘要】：改革開放后，隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，人們的生活水平有了顯著的提高，休閑旅游成為人們生活的必須成分。觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，不僅為在城市生活的居民提供了一個(gè)休閑放松、緩解壓力的有效途徑，也加快了農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，也為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整提供了一個(gè)新的方式。 本文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程的分析，得出觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)階段，并形成的一些特點(diǎn)；在總結(jié)觀光休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展理論的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合相關(guān)案例的分析，，對(duì)花都國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)化生態(tài)養(yǎng)生農(nóng)莊總體規(guī)劃進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。規(guī)劃方案首先分析了項(xiàng)目場(chǎng)地周邊的地貌、地況和現(xiàn)狀條件，抓住花都溫泉小鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)有的豐富的客源和聲譽(yù)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，利用鄢陵地區(qū)優(yōu)越的花卉自然資源，結(jié)合相應(yīng)的政策法規(guī)，對(duì)整個(gè)農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的規(guī)劃原則、功能結(jié)構(gòu)布局、景觀結(jié)構(gòu)等等進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)。方案的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)過程中，根據(jù)場(chǎng)地現(xiàn)有條件，充分考慮生態(tài)、循環(huán)、節(jié)能的理念，將其應(yīng)用到園區(qū)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)方面。為花都國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)化生態(tài)養(yǎng)生農(nóng)莊的建設(shè)、發(fā)展打好堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of our economy, people's living standards have been improved significantly. Leisure tourism has become a necessary component of people's life. The rapid development of the tourism and leisure agriculture industry not only provides an effective way for residents living in cities to relax and ease the pressure, but also speeds up the rapid development of the rural economy. It also provides a new way to adjust the agricultural industrial structure of our country. Based on the analysis of the development process of tourism and leisure agriculture industry at home and abroad, this paper concludes that the development of sightseeing and leisure agriculture has experienced four stages and formed some characteristics, on the basis of summing up the theory of tourism and leisure agriculture development, Combined with the analysis of relevant cases, the overall planning of Huadu International industrialization Ecological Health Farm was designed. The planning plan first analyzes the landforms, ground conditions and current conditions around the project site, seizing the advantages of the existing rich tourist resources and reputation of Huadu Hot Spring Town, making use of Yanling's superior flower natural resources, and combining with the corresponding policies and regulations. The planning principles, functional structure layout, landscape structure and so on of the whole agricultural park are planned and designed in detail. In the planning and design of the project, according to the existing conditions of the site, the concept of ecology, circulation and energy saving is fully considered, and applied to all aspects of the planning and design of the park. For the international industrialization of Huadu ecological health farm construction, development laid a solid foundation.
