基于解析法的高層建筑消防給水系統(tǒng)可靠性分析

【摘要】:高層建筑是城市現(xiàn)代化的標(biāo)志之一。因其樓層高度大、人口密集、功能復(fù)雜、空間跨度大等特點(diǎn),一旦發(fā)生火災(zāi),給人們的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)帶來巨大損失。我國高層建筑消防立足于“自救”為主的原則,其消防給水系統(tǒng)主要采用水滅火系統(tǒng)中較有效的消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng),其可靠性對(duì)保證消防的滅火成功率有著決定性的影響。 本文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)可靠性理論,提出了可靠性的幾個(gè)重要概念,給出了消防給水系統(tǒng)中常用的四種可靠性模型以及可靠度的計(jì)算方法;诮馕龇ǎ疚膶(duì)高層建筑消防給水系統(tǒng)的可靠性進(jìn)行了分析,主要分析內(nèi)容如下: (1)分析室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)兩大主要系統(tǒng)的滅火過程及作用原理,表明兩大系統(tǒng)均為可靠性模型中的串-并聯(lián)系統(tǒng)。本文將室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)簡化為四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)串聯(lián)的可靠性模型,而將自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)簡化為五個(gè)子系統(tǒng)串聯(lián)而成,每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)均由若干組件并聯(lián)連接。 (2)分別對(duì)兩大系統(tǒng)的各子系統(tǒng)及組件進(jìn)行可靠性分析,建立相應(yīng)可靠性框圖及可靠度數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料和統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),,得到各組件單元的平均故障率,根據(jù)故障率與可靠度的函數(shù)關(guān)系,計(jì)算組件及各子系統(tǒng)的可靠度。 (3)結(jié)合工程實(shí)例分別應(yīng)用于兩大系統(tǒng)中,采用解析法計(jì)算室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)的幾種典型不同分區(qū)供水方式的可靠度。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:兩大系統(tǒng)中,水泵并聯(lián)分區(qū)供水方式的可靠性最高。這一結(jié)論為消防給水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)提供可靠性依據(jù)。然而,我們還應(yīng)根據(jù)具體工程情況合理選擇高層建筑消防給水系統(tǒng)的供水方式。
[Abstract]:High-rise buildings are one of the symbols of urban modernization. Because of its large floor height, dense population, complex function, large span of space and so on, once fire occurs, it will bring huge loss of life and property to people. Based on the principle of "self-rescue", the fire fighting system of high-rise building in our country mainly adopts the more effective hydrant system and the automatic sprinkler system in the water extinguishing system. Its reliability has a decisive effect on the fire fighting success rate. Based on the theory of system reliability, several important concepts of reliability are put forward in this paper. Four kinds of reliability models commonly used in fire water supply system and the calculation method of reliability are given. Based on the analytical method, the reliability of fire water supply system of high-rise building is analyzed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) the fire extinguishing process and working principle of the two main systems of indoor hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system are analyzed. The results show that the two systems are both series-parallel systems in the reliability model. In this paper, the indoor hydrant system is simplified as the reliability model of four subsystems in series, and the automatic sprinkler system is simplified into five subsystems in series. Each subsystem is connected in parallel by several components. (2) the reliability of each subsystem and components of the two systems is analyzed, and the corresponding reliability block diagram and reliability mathematical model are established. By consulting a lot of literature and statistical data, the average failure rate of each component unit is obtained. According to the function relationship between failure rate and reliability, The reliability of components and subsystems is calculated. (3) the reliability of several typical district water supply modes of indoor hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system is calculated by analytical method in combination with engineering examples. The results show that the reliability of the water supply system is the highest. This conclusion provides a reliable basis for the design of fire water supply system. However, according to the specific engineering conditions, we should choose the water supply mode of fire water supply system for high-rise buildings.
