基于ANP的BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)決策研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速、穩(wěn)定和持續(xù)發(fā)展,建筑行業(yè)迎來了黃金發(fā)展時期。與此同時,加快轉(zhuǎn)變項目管理方式,走綠色、智能、精益和集約的可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路成為AEC行業(yè)的未來方向。BIM技術(shù)在建筑全生命周期顯現(xiàn)出了強(qiáng)大的價值優(yōu)勢,在我國建筑業(yè)得到了越來越多的關(guān)注和應(yīng)用。然而,基于建筑全生命周期的BIM應(yīng)用點(diǎn)眾多,如何科學(xué)的、合理的確定BIM的應(yīng)用目標(biāo),進(jìn)而選擇合適的BIM應(yīng)用點(diǎn)并制定可行的BIM實施方案成為困擾很多企業(yè)應(yīng)用和推廣BIM技術(shù)的瓶頸。本文圍繞著BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)的決策問題,首先,通過對BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/指南以及文獻(xiàn)案例的研究,系統(tǒng)梳理基于建筑全生命周期的BIM應(yīng)用點(diǎn)和企業(yè)在實施BIM技術(shù)時考慮的主要應(yīng)用目標(biāo)。通過文獻(xiàn)研究、專家訪談的方式,綜合分析得出BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)決策的四點(diǎn)原則,在四點(diǎn)原則的引領(lǐng)下,初步確定BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)決策的影響指標(biāo)。通過調(diào)查問卷的方式,收集數(shù)據(jù)并對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行有效性分析,構(gòu)建BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)決策指標(biāo)體系。其次,基于決策理論的研究,借鑒工程領(lǐng)域決策問題的成功先例,選擇網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次法ANP來解決BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)決策問題。然后,采用ANP計算各個層次指標(biāo)的權(quán)重系數(shù),建立起一套完整的包含多個決策準(zhǔn)則、多個決策因素和多個決策層次的BIM應(yīng)用目標(biāo)決策模型,借助超級決策軟件(Super Decision)計算指標(biāo)權(quán)重,確定指標(biāo)排序,并對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。最后,運(yùn)用本套方法,對實際工程進(jìn)行案例分析,以驗證其科學(xué)性、實用性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid, stable and sustainable development of China's economy, the construction industry ushered in the golden development period. At the same time, speeding up the transformation of project management and taking the green, intelligent, lean and intensive road of sustainable development will become the future direction of the AEC industry. BIM technology has shown a strong value advantage in the whole life cycle of architecture. More and more attention and application have been paid to the construction industry in our country. However, there are many BIM application points based on the whole life cycle of architecture. How to scientifically and reasonably determine the application goal of BIM, Then choosing suitable BIM application points and formulating feasible BIM implementation plan become the bottleneck that puzzles many enterprises to apply and popularize BIM technology. This paper focuses on the decision-making of BIM application goals. Firstly, through the study of BIM standards / guidelines and literature cases, this paper systematically combs the BIM application points based on the whole life cycle of architecture and the main application objectives considered in the implementation of BIM technology in enterprises. By means of literature research and expert interview, the four principles of BIM application goal decision are obtained by comprehensive analysis. Under the guidance of four points principle, the influence index of BIM application goal decision is preliminarily determined. Through the way of questionnaire, collecting data and analyzing the validity of data, the target decision index system of BIM application is constructed. Secondly, based on the research of decision theory and drawing on the successful precedent of decision making in engineering field, the network hierarchy method (ANP) is chosen to solve the problem of BIM application goal decision. Then, ANP is used to calculate the weight coefficient of each level index, and a set of decision model of BIM application goal is established, which includes multiple decision criteria, multiple decision factors and multiple decision levels. Using the super decision software (Super Decision) to calculate the index weight, determine the index ranking, and analyze the result. Finally, the case study of practical engineering is carried out by using this set of methods to verify its scientificalness, practicability and maneuverability.
