【摘要】：國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展正處于轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,作為施工企業(yè),也處于轉(zhuǎn)型的潮流中,如何從以往的粗放型管理方式轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榫?xì)型施工管理方式,成為整個(gè)施工行業(yè)需要考慮的事情。作者結(jié)合核電廠施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),從工序控制影響進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、安全、成本等方面談核電廠施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)該如何進(jìn)行精細(xì)管理。
[Abstract]:Domestic economic development is in the transition period, as a construction enterprise, but also in the trend of transformation, how to change from the previous extensive management mode to the fine construction management mode, become the whole construction industry to consider the matter. Based on the experience of nuclear power plant construction, the author discusses how to manage the construction site of nuclear power plant from the aspects of process control, quality, safety, cost and so on.
