以主題酒店為模式的開平碉樓村落更新研究

【摘要】：開平碉樓村落見證了開平歷史的演變,記錄了該地區(qū)社會(huì)的更迭和發(fā)展,具有重要的歷史文化價(jià)值。在眾多典型開平碉樓村落中,有四個(gè)村落在2007年成功評(píng)選為世界遺產(chǎn),如何對(duì)其進(jìn)行合理的開發(fā)利用成為熱點(diǎn),四個(gè)典型村落受到關(guān)注,其他非遺產(chǎn)地的開平碉樓村落則被忽略。由于關(guān)注重心的偏移,導(dǎo)致大量開平碉樓村落狀況堪憂,大量的房屋被荒廢,村落的生活環(huán)境較差,配套基礎(chǔ)市政設(shè)施匱乏,很多保護(hù)建筑由于沒有資金修繕而被廢棄。村落急需有效可行的更新方式使自身重新煥發(fā)活力,適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的生活。目前對(duì)開平碉樓村落的開發(fā)更新手段主要為博物館模式和農(nóng)家樂模式,但是經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的經(jīng)營(yíng)之后發(fā)現(xiàn),這兩種模式由于村落自身的局限性導(dǎo)致了一系列的問題,村落發(fā)展不能令人滿意,這也表明了以上兩種模式并不適合于開平碉樓村落的自身情況。由于遺產(chǎn)地的特殊性,其開發(fā)手段非常有限,在這種情況下,未劃入遺產(chǎn)范圍的開平碉樓村落在開平旅游開發(fā)的地位得到凸顯,這些村落同樣具有開平碉樓村落的共性特征,有著得天獨(dú)厚發(fā)展?jié)摿�。本文�?duì)主題酒店與我國(guó)歷史村落更新方式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析研究,提出以主題酒店模式為村落更新的方式;利用以上研究成果,以開平碉樓村落為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)層次進(jìn)行可行性分析,進(jìn)一步證明主題酒店模式在村落更新中的可行性。筆者對(duì)開平碉樓村落進(jìn)行分析,提出了典型開平碉樓村落概念,并對(duì)其范圍進(jìn)行界定,結(jié)合典型碉樓村落特征,將其與主題酒店?duì)I造過程中的各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行匹配,針對(duì)不同問題提出一般性的解決方案,總結(jié)并歸納了主題酒店在營(yíng)造的過程中應(yīng)當(dāng)重點(diǎn)注意的事項(xiàng)。通過之前的詳細(xì)研究,選取開平典型村落-榮桂坊為對(duì)象進(jìn)行主題酒店?duì)I造的實(shí)證研究,對(duì)酒店選址、規(guī)模、空間布局以及附屬功能配置等方面的問題進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,針對(duì)在具體研究過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出切實(shí)有效的解決方法。本文從開平碉樓村落更新入手,針對(duì)主題酒店的不同方面進(jìn)行細(xì)致的研究,通過將主題酒店與典型開平碉樓村落進(jìn)行對(duì)接,運(yùn)用主題酒店?duì)I造的手段對(duì)開平碉樓村落進(jìn)行更新,為開平碉樓村落的發(fā)展提供了新的手段和方法,同時(shí)也為我國(guó)主題酒店?duì)I造提供案例。
[Abstract]:Kaiping Diaolu village witnessed the evolution of Kaiping history, recorded the change and development of society in this area, and has important historical and cultural value. Among the many typical Kaiping Dianlou villages, four villages were successfully selected as World Heritage in 2007. How to develop and utilize them rationally has become a hot spot, and the four typical villages have been paid close attention to. Other non-heritage Kaiping Diaolu villages were ignored. Due to the focus on the deviation of the center of gravity, leading to a large number of Kaiping Dianlou villages, a large number of houses were abandoned, the village's poor living environment, the lack of supporting infrastructure and municipal facilities, many protected buildings due to the lack of funds to repair and abandoned. The village is in urgent need of an effective and feasible way to renew itself and adapt itself to the life of modern society. At present, the main means of development and renewal of the village in Kaiping Diaolu are the museum model and the Nongjiale model. However, after a period of operation, it has been found that these two models have caused a series of problems due to the village's own limitations. The village development is not satisfactory, which indicates that the above two models are not suitable for Kaiping Dianlou village. Because of the particularity of the heritage site, the means of its development are very limited. In this case, the status of the Kaiping Diaolou village which is not included in the heritage area in the tourism development of Kaiping has been highlighted. These villages also have the common characteristics of the Kaiping Diaolou village. Has the unique development potential. This paper makes a detailed analysis and study on the renewal of Hotel Theme and historical villages in China, puts forward the Hotel Theme model as the mode of village renewal, takes the above research results as the research object, and takes Kaiping Dianlou village as the research object. The feasibility of Hotel Theme model in village renewal is further proved by analyzing the feasibility of Hotel Theme from macro and micro levels. Based on the analysis of Kaiping Diaolu village, this paper puts forward the concept of typical Kaiping Dianlou village, defines its scope, and matches it with all aspects of Hotel Theme construction process combined with the characteristics of typical Diaolu village. This paper puts forward general solutions to different problems, summarizes and sums up the matters that should be paid attention to in the course of building Hotel Theme. Through the previous detailed study, select the typical village of Kaiping-Rongguifang as the object of Hotel Theme construction empirical study, the hotel location, scale, spatial layout and ancillary function configuration of the detailed analysis of the problems. A practical and effective solution to the problems in the process of concrete research is put forward. Starting with the renewal of Diaolou village in Kaiping, this paper makes a detailed study on different aspects of Hotel Theme. Through the connection between Hotel Theme and typical Kaiping Dianlou village, the article uses the means built by Hotel Theme to update the Diaolou village in Kaiping. It provides new means and methods for the development of Kaiping Dianlou Village, and also provides a case for the construction of Hotel Theme in China.
