盾構(gòu)隧道施工對(duì)既有建筑物樁基的影響分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)地鐵隧道常用的盾構(gòu)開挖方式,本文采用數(shù)值模擬和經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式相結(jié)合的方法,研究了盾構(gòu)隧道開挖對(duì)周圍地層變形以及鄰近樁基的影響規(guī)律,并進(jìn)一步研究了在不同的地層損失率、土倉(cāng)壓力以及樁頂約束情況下盾構(gòu)掘進(jìn)對(duì)鄰近樁基的影響。 本文主要研究結(jié)論如下: 1.在考慮了開挖面的擾動(dòng)、土倉(cāng)壓力、盾殼與土層間的摩擦力以及注漿層對(duì)地表沉降影響的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道的施工過(guò)程進(jìn)行了模擬,研究了隧道軸線方向上盾構(gòu)施工引起的地表沉降的影響區(qū)域。 2.研究了盾構(gòu)施工對(duì)臨近基樁的沉降及彎矩影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,開挖至基樁位置時(shí),基樁的沉降速率最大,垂直于隧道軸線方向的彎矩最大。 3.對(duì)比分析了盾構(gòu)施工時(shí)不同的地層損失率和土倉(cāng)壓力對(duì)臨近基樁沉降影響。結(jié)果表明,基樁樁頂沉降隨著地層損失率的增大而增加,隨著土倉(cāng)壓力的減小而增加。 4.研究了盾構(gòu)施工過(guò)程時(shí)樁頂約束對(duì)對(duì)基樁的影響。結(jié)果表明,樁頂約束僅對(duì)樁身上部的變形和彎矩有較大影響,而對(duì)基樁沉降、附加軸力和側(cè)摩阻力的影響較小。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the influence of shield tunnel excavation on surrounding ground deformation and adjacent pile foundation is studied by means of numerical simulation and empirical formula. The influence of shield tunneling on the adjacent pile foundation is further studied under the conditions of different loss rate of formation, pressure of soil bunker and the constraint of pile top. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of considering the disturbance of excavating surface, the pressure of earth bunker, the friction between shield shell and soil layer and the influence of grouting layer on surface settlement, the construction process of shield tunnel is simulated. The influence area of ground subsidence caused by shield construction in the direction of tunnel axis is studied. 2. The influence of shield construction on settlement and bending moment of adjacent piles is studied. The results show that the settlement rate of the foundation pile is the largest and the bending moment perpendicular to the tunnel axis is the largest when the pile is excavated to the position of the foundation pile. 3. The effects of different ground loss rate and soil chamber pressure on the settlement of adjacent piles during shield construction are compared and analyzed. The results show that the settlement of the pile top increases with the increase of the loss rate of the ground and increases with the decrease of the pressure of the soil bunker. 4. The influence of pile top constraint on foundation pile during shield construction is studied. The results show that the top constraint of the pile only has a great effect on the deformation and bending moment of the pile body, but has little effect on the settlement of the foundation pile, the additional axial force and the lateral friction.
