濟(jì)南老城城市空間特色研究

【摘要】：對城市空間的研究是重新發(fā)現(xiàn)城市特色，引導(dǎo)城市健康發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)之一。在今天城市現(xiàn)代化高速發(fā)展的時期，城市空間的特色危機(jī)已愈演愈烈。作為歷史文化名城的泉城濟(jì)南，老城特色的逐漸消失也引發(fā)人們的關(guān)注與擔(dān)心。老城是一個城市不同歷史時段的記憶，它往往具有鮮明的個性，代表著一個城市特有的風(fēng)貌。鑒于此，論文通過對濟(jì)南城市形態(tài)演化進(jìn)程及空間結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行歷史性的分析研究，著力從城市空間、街巷空間及建筑空間三個層次分析老城城市空間特色，在大量的實(shí)地調(diào)研走訪、以及調(diào)查問卷分析的基礎(chǔ)上，探討濟(jì)南老城歷史留存空間特色中的物化部分，從而發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)階段城市建設(shè)與傳統(tǒng)城區(qū)保護(hù)的問題，提出老城空間特色重塑的初步建議。 論文擬定分六章，緒論部分，主要闡述城市特色和城市空間特色的概念及國內(nèi)外城市空間及城市空間特色研究的動態(tài)綜述，論文研究的背景以及研究方案；第二章在城市范疇，通過對老城“山—河—湖—城—山”的城市軸線、圍繞“廣川”與“大山”的城市形態(tài)與空間結(jié)構(gòu)演化、受“河、湖、泉”的區(qū)域構(gòu)成和市民對城市空間特征主線的認(rèn)知的研究，從整體上剖析了濟(jì)南老城“山、泉、湖、河、城”的空間布局特色；第三章在區(qū)域范疇，，從泉水與街道、街坊的共生關(guān)系，以及由水豐富了的街巷層次和節(jié)點(diǎn)等多方面，著力分析保存較好的老城歷史街區(qū)“小橋、流水、人家”的“瀟灑似江南”的空間特色；第四章從建筑范疇，由“面”到“線”再到“點(diǎn)”，通過對老城合院的平面形制、空間序列結(jié)構(gòu)、細(xì)部特征及用材方面的研究，闡述了老城歷史建筑的特征，為未來的保護(hù)修繕采集足夠的資料；第五章分別從城市層次、街巷層次和建筑層次三方面闡述了老城城市空間特色重塑的原因，以及對重塑方向、方法做了初步的探討，文章更加著重于重塑的前期調(diào)研及分析研究。
[Abstract]:The study of urban space is one of the important bases to rediscover urban features and guide the healthy development of cities. In the period of rapid development of urban modernization, the characteristic crisis of urban space has become more and more serious. As a famous historical and cultural city of Jinan, the gradual disappearance of the characteristics of the old city also aroused people's concern and concern. The old city is the memory of a city in different historical periods. It often has a distinct personality and represents the unique style and features of a city. In view of this, through the historical analysis and research on the evolution process of urban form and the development of spatial structure in Jinan, the paper focuses on analyzing the urban spatial characteristics of the old city from three levels: urban space, street space and architectural space. On the basis of a large number of field investigations and interviews and questionnaire analysis, this paper probes into the materialized part of the historical retained space characteristics of the old city of Jinan, thus finding out the problems of urban construction and the protection of traditional urban areas at the present stage. Put forward the original suggestion of remodeling the space characteristic of the old city. The thesis is divided into six chapters, the introduction part, mainly describes the concept of urban characteristics and urban spatial characteristics and the domestic and foreign dynamic review of urban space and urban spatial characteristics, the background of the paper research and research programs; the second chapter in the urban category, Through the city axis of the old city "mountain-river-lake-city-mountain", the urban form and spatial structure of "Guangchuan" and "Dashan" are evolved. The study on the regional composition of Spring and the cognition of urban spatial features by citizens, analyzes the spatial layout characteristics of the old city of Jinan "Mountain, Spring, Lake, River and City". Chapter three is in the regional category, from spring water and street. The symbiotic relationship of the neighborhood and the watery level and node of the streets and lanes, and so on, focus on the analysis of the spatial characteristics of the "small bridge, flowing water, others" of the "small bridge, flowing water, and others" in the old city's historic district. From "face" to "line" to "point", through the study of the plane shape, space sequence structure, detail characteristic and material use of the old city, this paper expounds the characteristics of the historical building of the old city, and collects enough data for the future protection and repair. The fifth chapter expounds the reasons of the urban space remolding from three aspects: urban level, street level and architectural level, and makes a preliminary discussion on the direction and method of the remodeling. The article pays more attention to the former research and analysis of remodeling.
