干燥條件對(duì)混凝土強(qiáng)度影響試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用電熱恒溫鼓風(fēng)干燥箱對(duì)混凝土試件進(jìn)行干燥,干燥溫度設(shè)置為60,85,105,120,150℃,干燥機(jī)制設(shè)置為持續(xù)干燥和間歇循環(huán)干燥,觀測干燥過程中試件的質(zhì)量變化;待試件自然冷卻后對(duì)其進(jìn)行抗壓強(qiáng)度和劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn).結(jié)果表明:不同干燥條件下混凝土失水量、干燥時(shí)間和干燥狀態(tài)均不同;混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度隨干燥溫度的升高呈現(xiàn)先降后升的趨勢,而劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度則基本呈線性減小趨勢;相同干燥溫度下,間歇干燥后混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度高于持續(xù)干燥條件下的相應(yīng)值,而劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度低于持續(xù)干燥條件下的相應(yīng)值;105℃下的持續(xù)干燥對(duì)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度損傷均最小,為合理干燥控制條件.
