陳少敏故居紀(jì)念館項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理是工程項(xiàng)目管理的重要環(huán)節(jié)。長期以來我國的項(xiàng)目管理都是采取粗放型管理模式,而隨著國家城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,傳統(tǒng)管理模式越來越顯得捉襟見肘,現(xiàn)代工程項(xiàng)目管理逐步發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理則是現(xiàn)代工程項(xiàng)目管理的重點(diǎn)。建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)各種因素的影響,以便及時(shí)采取糾正和預(yù)防措施,使項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量始終處于受控狀態(tài)。分析陳少敏故居紀(jì)念館項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)環(huán)境和建設(shè)背景。通過實(shí)地勘測、現(xiàn)場取樣和查找資料等手段對(duì)在建工程的地質(zhì)水文情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,確定項(xiàng)目建設(shè)方案。在設(shè)計(jì)方案中盡可能采取相關(guān)節(jié)能措施,如在紀(jì)念館的周圍布置有水系的建筑及綠化帶;通過對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚝图竟?jié)性風(fēng)向分析,將紀(jì)念館的門、窗等通風(fēng)處都與水系小品相呼應(yīng),有效降低夏天館內(nèi)和周邊溫度,節(jié)電環(huán)保。依據(jù)項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)制定陳少敏故居紀(jì)念館項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃。首先明確本工程質(zhì)量目標(biāo)為達(dá)到國家規(guī)定驗(yàn)收合格,并達(dá)到濰坊市優(yōu)良工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然后利用指數(shù)趨勢(shì)法對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量成本進(jìn)行分析,得出總質(zhì)量成本約為總預(yù)算的0.414%,并明確了質(zhì)量預(yù)防成本為總質(zhì)量成本的29.33%,質(zhì)量鑒定成本為總質(zhì)量成本的28.67%和質(zhì)量損失成本占總質(zhì)量成本的42%。最后從目標(biāo)、制度和責(zé)任三個(gè)方面建立陳少敏故居紀(jì)念館項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃。根據(jù)制定的質(zhì)量管理計(jì)劃從事前、事中、事后三個(gè)階段解讀該項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段的質(zhì)量保障要點(diǎn)、質(zhì)量控制內(nèi)容和方法,并對(duì)質(zhì)量形成的關(guān)鍵部位進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述,分析在施工過程中如何保證關(guān)鍵部位的質(zhì)量和具體的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。最后提出了該項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理體系并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的制度建設(shè),按照施工過程的三階段進(jìn)行了各個(gè)階段的主要控制點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量管理工作,提出了具體的實(shí)施辦法和檢查標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對(duì)檢查不合格的項(xiàng)目提出了具體的處理辦法。
[Abstract]:The quality management of engineering project is an important link of project management. For a long time, the project management in our country has adopted extensive management mode, but with the acceleration of the national urbanization process, the traditional management mode is more and more overstretched, and the modern project management is gradually developing. Project quality management is the focus of modern engineering project management. The quality management of construction project can find the influence of various factors in time so as to take corrective and preventive measures in time and keep the quality of the project under control. This paper analyzes the construction environment and background of Chen Shaomin's former residence memorial project. The geological and hydrological conditions of the project under construction are analyzed in detail by means of field survey, field sampling and searching data, and the project construction scheme is determined. As far as possible, energy-saving measures should be taken in the design, such as buildings with water systems and green belts arranged around the memorial hall. By analyzing the local climate and seasonal wind direction, ventilation places such as doors and windows of the memorial hall will be echoed with water system sketches. Effectively reduce the summer temperature inside and around the library, save electricity and environmental protection. According to the characteristics of the project to formulate Chen Shaomin residence memorial project quality management plan. Firstly, it is clear that the quality target of the project is to meet the requirements of the state and meet the fine engineering standards of Weifang. Then using the exponential trend method to analyze the quality cost of the project, It is concluded that the total quality cost is about 0.414% of the total budget, and that the quality prevention cost is 29.33% of the total quality cost, the quality identification cost is 28.67% of the total quality cost and the quality loss cost is 42% of the total quality cost. Finally, the project quality management plan of Chen Shaomin's former residence memorial hall is established from three aspects: goal, system and responsibility. According to the three stages of the quality management plan before and after the construction, the key points of quality assurance, the contents and methods of quality control are interpreted, and the key parts of quality formation are described in detail. This paper analyzes how to ensure the quality of the key parts and the concrete evaluation criteria in the construction process. Finally, the quality management system of the project is put forward and the corresponding system construction is carried out. According to the three stages of the construction process, the quality management of the main control points in each stage is carried out, and the concrete implementation methods and inspection standards are put forward. And put forward the concrete treatment method to check the unqualified item.
