空氣除濕處理過程性能改善分析:從理想到實(shí)際流程

【摘要】:空氣濕度處理過程是空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的重要組成環(huán)節(jié),提高其能效水平是實(shí)現(xiàn)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)節(jié)能運(yùn)行的重要途徑.本文從空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的基本排濕任務(wù)出發(fā)分析了理想排濕過程的處理能效,對(duì)比了利用冷凝除濕方法和溶液除濕方法構(gòu)建的理想排濕過程間的性能差異,結(jié)果表明,利用溶液除濕方式可達(dá)到更高的理想排濕能效水平.從理想排濕過程出發(fā),分析了實(shí)際情況下溶液除濕空氣處理過程的特性.在實(shí)際處理過程中,空氣與溶液間熱濕處理過程的損失原因主要包括有限的傳熱傳質(zhì)能力、流量不匹配和入口參數(shù)不匹配等.利用不匹配系數(shù)?m刻畫了實(shí)際溶液除濕過程的不匹配損失特性,并可有效指導(dǎo)實(shí)際溶液除濕處理流程的構(gòu)建.
[Abstract]:The process of air humidity treatment is an important part of air conditioning system, and improving its energy efficiency is an important way to realize the energy saving operation of air conditioning system. Based on the basic dehumidification task of air conditioning system, this paper analyzes the energy efficiency of the ideal dehumidification process, and compares the performance difference between the ideal dehumidification process constructed by condensation dehumidification method and the solution dehumidification method. The method of solution dehumidification can achieve higher energy efficiency of dehumidification. Based on the ideal dehumidification process, the characteristics of solution dehumidification air treatment process are analyzed. In the actual treatment process, the main reasons for the loss of heat and moisture treatment between air and solution include the limited heat and mass transfer capacity, the mismatch of flow rate and the mismatch of inlet parameters, etc. The mismatch loss characteristics of the actual solution dehumidification process are described by using the mismatch coefficient m, which can effectively guide the construction of the actual solution dehumidification process.
