【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)了建筑業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,與此同時(shí)建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展也帶動(dòng)了社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,解決了就業(yè),推動(dòng)和帶動(dòng)了相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè),對(duì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛起到了一定的推動(dòng)作用。但是,建筑業(yè)在飛速發(fā)展的同時(shí),由于管理水平不一從業(yè)人員水平不齊,建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的參與者質(zhì)量管理意識(shí)不高等問(wèn)題造成近年來(lái)發(fā)生的質(zhì)量事故頻發(fā),出現(xiàn)的一些質(zhì)量事故造成了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和不良影響。因此如何提高建筑業(yè)從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì),加強(qiáng)建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量管理水平顯得尤為重要。本文研究主要內(nèi)容：首先以建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理理論為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)質(zhì)量管理的概念、原則以及方法進(jìn)行了概述；其次研究分析了我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理發(fā)展的過(guò)程,并分析了建筑行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的不足,結(jié)合陜財(cái)職學(xué)院綜合樓建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,從項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的規(guī)劃和控制方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究分析,提出了對(duì)本項(xiàng)目一套可行的質(zhì)量管理方案及有效措施,從而為其他建設(shè)項(xiàng)目在質(zhì)量管理運(yùn)行中提供了一定的參考價(jià)值；最后,研究得出在建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理期間,務(wù)必科學(xué)妥善地處理項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量規(guī)劃與質(zhì)量保障等質(zhì)量控制問(wèn)題。要采用預(yù)防為主的原則對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制分事前、事中以及事后三個(gè)階段來(lái)進(jìn)行分析處理,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理做充分的研究,要努力增強(qiáng)參建人員的質(zhì)量意識(shí)及專業(yè)技能,使相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理及控制措施更有利于我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)質(zhì)量的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, the rapid development of the construction industry has brought along the development of the social economy, solved the employment problem, promoted and promoted the related industries and the development of the society, at the same time, the development of the construction industry has also led to the development of the social economy. The takeoff of the economy has played a role in promoting it. However, with the rapid development of the construction industry, due to the uneven management level of employees and the low awareness of quality management among the participants in construction projects, there have been frequent quality accidents in recent years. Some quality accidents have caused huge economic losses and adverse effects. Therefore, how to improve the quality of construction workers and strengthen the quality management level of construction projects is particularly important. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the concept, principles and methods of quality management are summarized based on the theory of construction project management; secondly, the development process of quality management in construction industry in China is studied and analyzed. And analyzed the shortage of quality management in the construction industry, combined with the comprehensive building construction project of Shancai Vocational College, carried on the systematic research and analysis from the project quality management plan and the control aspect, Put forward a set of feasible quality management scheme and effective measures for this project, thus providing certain reference value for other construction projects in the quality management operation. We must deal with quality control problems such as project quality planning and quality assurance scientifically and properly. The principle of prevention should be adopted to analyze and deal with the three stages of project quality control in advance, during and after the project, and the quality management of the project should be fully studied, and the quality awareness and professional skills of the participants should be strengthened. Make the relevant quality management and control measures more conducive to the development of the quality of the construction industry in China.
