【摘要】：構(gòu)建新型鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)、實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村發(fā)展是中國城鎮(zhèn)化的重要路徑之一。構(gòu)建空間最優(yōu)布局模型,可為中心村空間布局選擇提供方法支撐,實(shí)現(xiàn)中心村空間選址的最優(yōu)化�？筛鶕�(jù)中心村基本內(nèi)涵建立科學(xué)的中心村空間最優(yōu)布局綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系,基于綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法和Dijkstra算法,構(gòu)建居民點(diǎn)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型和最短路徑模型。以鄂西南M鎮(zhèn)為例,以調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),采用居民點(diǎn)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型和最短路徑模型對(duì)居民點(diǎn)進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析,可得出各評(píng)價(jià)單元中心村綜合評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù),通過比較評(píng)價(jià)指數(shù)從而篩選出最優(yōu)的中心村布局,實(shí)現(xiàn)中心村的科學(xué)選址。研究結(jié)果表明居民點(diǎn)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型和最短路徑模型的在中心村空間最優(yōu)布局的選擇上具有有效性。中心村居民點(diǎn)綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型是中心村內(nèi)涵的數(shù)量化表達(dá),以圖論法尋求最優(yōu)空間區(qū)位,提高了中心村選址決策的科學(xué)性,對(duì)于城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的中心村科學(xué)建設(shè)具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Constructing new rural communities and realizing rural development is one of the important ways of urbanization in China. Constructing the spatial optimal layout model can provide the method support for the choice of the central village spatial layout and realize the optimization of the central village space location. According to the basic connotation of the central village, a scientific comprehensive evaluation system for the optimal layout of the central village space can be established. Based on the comprehensive evaluation method and the Dijkstra algorithm, the comprehensive evaluation model and the shortest path model of the residential area can be constructed. Taking M town in southwestern Hubei as an example, based on the investigation data, the comprehensive evaluation model and the shortest path model are used to measure and analyze the residential area. The comprehensive evaluation index of the central village of each evaluation unit can be obtained. By comparing the evaluation index, the optimal central village layout is selected, and the scientific location of the central village is realized. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation model and the shortest path model are effective in selecting the optimal layout of central village space. The comprehensive evaluation model of central village residential area is the quantitative expression of the central village connotation. Seeking the optimal spatial location by graph theory improves the scientific nature of the central village location decision, which is of great significance to the scientific construction of the central village in the process of urbanization.
