【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)作為文化遺產(chǎn)的重要組成部分,見證著城市工業(yè)發(fā)展的興盛與衰敗。隨著城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展和城市化用地的不斷更新,許多舊城區(qū)的固有格局和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)已無法滿足日益增長的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)需求,工業(yè)建筑的大規(guī)模建設(shè)及大規(guī)模破壞致使工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)研究成為當(dāng)今新的熱門研究課題。本論文是導(dǎo)師國家自然科學(xué)基金項目的子項研究,以長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)為研究對象,通過系統(tǒng)的搜集長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的相關(guān)資料和實地調(diào)研等方式對長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)進(jìn)行整理與分析,從建筑學(xué)、歷史學(xué)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)、文化遺產(chǎn)學(xué)、區(qū)域規(guī)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科探索長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)策略與再利用方法,力求對長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的保護(hù)和實踐提供一定的借鑒意義。首先,論述了課題的背景、意義以及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究與現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行了相關(guān)概念的解析及研究對象的界定,并提出了研究方法。對工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)及城市復(fù)興相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行整理與分析,并通過法國南特復(fù)興項目的案例分析,得出城市復(fù)興視野下的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與利用策略可借鑒的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗及啟示。其次,主要根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)資料對長春的工業(yè)發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了梳理,通過實地調(diào)研,分別闡述了長春近代工業(yè)初創(chuàng)期、工業(yè)發(fā)展停滯期、工業(yè)恢復(fù)完善期、十年動亂曲折發(fā)展時期的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)分布和現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)歸納出不同時期長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的行業(yè)性質(zhì)、功能類型、結(jié)構(gòu)體系及風(fēng)貌特征。最后,詳盡的對長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)的價值作出評價,根據(jù)長春獨特的歷史進(jìn)程和典型的地域特征,建立與之相應(yīng)的工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)價值評價體系,對長春工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)提出分梯度有序的保護(hù)策略,開展機(jī)械業(yè)公園、生產(chǎn)工藝流程展示等可持續(xù)再利用模式。本文通過整體性角度思考,結(jié)合工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀與價值分析,運用城市復(fù)興及工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合實地,針對重點工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)及工業(yè)建筑“群”提出了相應(yīng)保護(hù)和再利用策略,以更好地留住長春市的工業(yè)記憶和歷史文脈,提高老城區(qū)的城市活力,實現(xiàn)歷史老城區(qū)的復(fù)興,保護(hù)和利用好長春優(yōu)秀的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:As an important part of cultural heritage, industrial heritage witnessed the prosperity and decline of urban industrial development. With the rapid development of urban construction and the continuous renewal of urban land, the inherent pattern and industrial structure of many old urban areas can no longer meet the increasing social and economic needs. The large-scale construction and destruction of industrial buildings make the research of industrial heritage protection become a new hot research topic. This paper is a sub-project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Taking Changchun Industrial Heritage as the research object, this paper systematically collects the relevant data of Changchun Industrial Heritage and field investigation and other ways to collate and analyze the Changchun Industrial Heritage. From architecture, history, urban and rural planning, cultural heritage, regional planning economics and other disciplines to explore Changchun industrial heritage conservation strategies and reuse methods, in order to provide a certain reference for the protection and practice of Changchun industrial heritage. Firstly, the background and significance of the subject are discussed, as well as the relevant theoretical research and present situation at home and abroad, the related concepts are analyzed and the research object is defined, and the research method is put forward. The related theories of industrial heritage and urban renaissance are summarized and analyzed, and through the case study of Nante Renaissance Project in France, the relevant experience and enlightenment of industrial heritage protection and utilization strategy under the vision of urban renaissance are obtained. Secondly, mainly according to the literature, the paper combs the industrial development course of Changchun, through the field investigation, separately elaborated the Changchun modern industry initial stage, the industrial development stasis period, the industrial recovery consummation period, The distribution and present situation of industrial heritage during the period of ten years of turmoil and twists and turns are summarized and summarized. The industrial heritage of Changchun in different periods is characterized by its industry nature, function type, structure system and features. Finally, the value of Changchun industrial heritage is evaluated in detail. According to Changchun's unique historical process and typical regional characteristics, the corresponding evaluation system of industrial heritage value is established. The industrial heritage of Changchun is protected by gradients, machinery parks, production processes and other sustainable reuse modes are put forward. In this paper, through the holistic perspective, combined with the industrial heritage status and value analysis, the use of urban renewal and industrial heritage protection related theories, combined with the field, Aiming at the heritage of key industrial buildings and the "group" of industrial buildings, the corresponding protection and reuse strategies are put forward in order to better retain the industrial memory and historical context of Changchun, improve the vitality of the old urban areas, and realize the revival of the historic old urban areas. To protect and make good use of Changchun's outstanding historical and cultural heritage.
