“水鄉(xiāng)花園公建”工程建筑電氣施工管理分析

【摘要】：隨著建筑市場的迅猛發(fā)展,近年來各個城市的建筑項目越發(fā)密集。建筑電氣作為建筑工程中一個重要的組成部分越發(fā)受到人們的關注。隨著對建筑物功能要求的不斷升高,建筑電氣施工的難點也越發(fā)增多,建筑電氣工程量的增加雖然帶來的利益但隨之而來的管理問題也越來越為明顯。且電氣設備不斷使用的特殊性導致了建筑電氣在工程竣工后往往是返修最多的一個部分。這導致了各企業(yè)對建筑電氣施工管理的重視程度不斷加大。本文是從“水鄉(xiāng)花園公建”工程的建筑電氣工程的施工管理出發(fā),根據施工過程中出現的問題,結合項目管理知識以及近年來國內外建筑電氣發(fā)展的情況等問題展開研究論述。本文系統(tǒng)闡述了建筑電氣施工的組織、目的、管理體系、控制方法等問題,分別采用文獻分析法、歸納法、案例實證分析法進行分析和總結。根據案例工程在施工中出現的問題,運用分析法具體分析管理中存在的問題結合理論知識,提出高效的管理方法。分別從進度管理、質量管理、成本控制三個方面,對工程項目管理以及對建筑電氣施工各方面分成主體施工和裝飾裝修施工兩個方面進行研究。通過合理的分析方法分析施工中消防工程以及原材料采購過程中存在的不穩(wěn)定性來提出相對合理的高效管理方法。本文通過理論結合實際的方法對建筑電氣施工管理中存在的問題深入研究并尋求相應的解決方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction market, construction projects in various cities have become more and more intensive in recent years. As an important part of building engineering, building electricity has been paid more and more attention. With the increasing demands on the function of buildings, the difficulties in building electrical construction become more and more difficult. Although the increase of the quantity of building electrical engineering brings benefits, the management problems are becoming more and more obvious. And the particularity of the continuous use of electrical equipment leads to the construction of electricity after the completion of the project is often one of the most repairable parts. This led to the construction of enterprises to pay more attention to the management of electrical construction. This paper is based on the construction management of the building electrical engineering of "waterborne garden public construction" project, according to the problems in the construction process, combined with the knowledge of project management and the situation of the electrical development of buildings at home and abroad in recent years. In this paper, the organization, purpose, management system and control method of building electrical construction are systematically expounded. The methods of literature analysis, induction and case study are used to analyze and summarize them. According to the problems in the construction of case engineering, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management by using the analytical method and combines the theoretical knowledge, and puts forward an efficient management method. From three aspects of schedule management, quality management and cost control, this paper studies the engineering project management and the electrical construction of buildings divided into main construction and decoration construction. A relatively reasonable and efficient management method is put forward by analyzing the instability in the process of fire fighting engineering and raw material purchasing in the construction by means of reasonable analysis method. In this paper, the problems existing in the management of building electrical construction are deeply studied and the corresponding solutions are sought through the combination of theory and practice.
