【摘要】：隨著能源和環(huán)境問題的不斷深入,發(fā)展可持續(xù)的綠色建筑已經(jīng)全面開始。目前我國綠色建筑的發(fā)展已經(jīng)取得了一定的成就,頒布了《綠色建筑評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等政策性文件和鼓勵(lì)性文件,開展許多示范工程實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。但是相比于國外仍然有所欠缺,尤其是在公共建筑方面尚未形成完整的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),針對不同氣候區(qū)域的設(shè)計(jì)方法與技術(shù)體系的研究報(bào)道也寥寥。本文以寒冷地區(qū)綠色公共建筑為研究對象,從建筑設(shè)計(jì)師的角度分析綠色建筑的設(shè)計(jì)方法與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)體系,集成出適合當(dāng)代建筑師思維特征的設(shè)計(jì)語言和設(shè)計(jì)流程,并應(yīng)用于設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,以期對綠色公共建筑的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。論文分析了國內(nèi)外綠色建筑發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出綠色公共建筑設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐存在的主要問題。以寒冷地區(qū)的綠色公共建筑為研究范圍,從建筑師的設(shè)計(jì)思路出發(fā),首先從建筑與環(huán)境的關(guān)系方面總結(jié)地形處理、建筑布局、能源策略、交通組織、綠化布置等的設(shè)計(jì)方法,并采用數(shù)字化方法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;其次研究了寒地綠色公共建筑的功能布局、建筑空間環(huán)境和公共空間的設(shè)計(jì)方法;通過分析綠色公共建筑表皮的設(shè)計(jì)趨勢,基于生態(tài)建構(gòu)的方法,從氣候適應(yīng)性、節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì)和新型材料的角度對寒地綠色公共建筑的表皮設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了研究;隨后,總結(jié)出適宜于寒冷地區(qū)綠色公共建筑的能源與資源技術(shù),從能源的應(yīng)用形式、能源供給系統(tǒng)、資源的利用方式等方面進(jìn)行研究。最后,以大連西郊森林公園藝術(shù)中心的綠色設(shè)計(jì)為案例,對所提出的設(shè)計(jì)方法流程和技術(shù)路徑做出實(shí)踐應(yīng)用和完善。論文的研究成果可為寒地綠色公共建筑的設(shè)計(jì)與技術(shù)體系建立提供有意義的借鑒與指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of energy and environment problems, the development of sustainable green buildings has been fully started. At present, the development of green building in our country has made some achievements, such as "Evaluation Standard of Green Building" and other policy documents and encouraging documents have been promulgated, and many practical activities of demonstration projects have been carried out. However, compared with foreign countries, there are still some deficiencies, especially in the public building has not yet formed a complete design standard, and there are few reports on the design methods and technical systems of different climate areas. This paper takes green public buildings in cold areas as the research object, analyzes the design methods and key technical systems of green buildings from the angle of architectural designers, and integrates the design language and design process suitable for the thinking characteristics of contemporary architects. And applied in the design practice, in order to provide reference for the design of green public buildings. This paper analyzes the development of green buildings at home and abroad, summarizes the main problems in the design and practice of green public buildings. Taking the green public buildings in cold regions as the research scope, starting from the architect's design ideas, this paper first summarizes the design methods of terrain treatment, architectural layout, energy strategy, traffic organization and greening arrangement from the aspects of the relationship between architecture and environment, etc. Secondly, it studies the function layout of green public building in cold region, the design method of building space environment and public space; through analyzing the design trend of green public building skin, based on the method of ecological construction, The methods of skin design of green public buildings in cold regions are studied from the point of view of climate adaptability, energy saving design and new materials, and the energy and resource technologies suitable for green public buildings in cold regions are summarized. From the application of energy forms, energy supply systems, the use of resources and other aspects of research. Finally, taking the green design of Dalian west suburb forest park art center as an example, the proposed design method flow and technical path are applied and perfected. The research results of this paper can provide meaningful reference and guidance for the design and technical system establishment of green public buildings in cold regions.
