【摘要】：改革開放以來，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)水平不斷提高，開始全面建設(shè)小康社會。人們在基本生活得到滿足以后，開始有余力去追求更高的生活品質(zhì)。加之現(xiàn)代人們的生活工作節(jié)奏不斷加快，給人們產(chǎn)生了或多或少的壓力，人們在閑暇時光迫切需要進(jìn)行一些休閑活動以放松身心，緩解壓力。同時，把休閑與度假、社交活動結(jié)合起來也成為現(xiàn)代休閑的一個重要方式，傳統(tǒng)的休閑活動已經(jīng)很難滿足現(xiàn)代人的需求，因此，旅游度假休閑便成為現(xiàn)代一個高速發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)。 在海南這樣的熱帶氣候區(qū)，，由于室內(nèi)較封閉，室外日照太強(qiáng)，半室外的休閑空間就成為度假人們的首選，所以度假酒店半室外公共休閑空間的設(shè)計就顯得尤為重要。目前國內(nèi)相關(guān)建筑規(guī)范說明等對度假酒店的半室外公共休閑空間還沒有明確的定義，也很少有論文或者書籍系統(tǒng)地介紹此類空間的設(shè)計方法，所以本文就以此為研究對象，希望能夠總結(jié)出海南度假酒店半室外公共休閑空間的一些設(shè)計策略。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容分為六個章節(jié)： 第一章提出問題，介紹研究的背景，目的，意義，現(xiàn)狀及方法； 第二章明確研究對象，介紹海南度假酒店的特點以及海南度假酒店半室外公共休閑空間的定義、組成、分類及特點； 第三章分析問題，通過對海南度假酒店的實地調(diào)研，對這些酒店半室外公共休閑空間的區(qū)位、尺度、布局、功能、空間界面的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對比總結(jié)，分析出這些酒店在半室外公共休閑空間設(shè)計時的優(yōu)缺點以及產(chǎn)生不足的原因； 第四章分析問題，基于實地調(diào)研的資料，歸納總結(jié)出影響海南度假酒店半室外公共休閑空間設(shè)計的氣候、景觀、地域文化、功能、心理等各類因素； 第五章解決問題，從總體空間區(qū)位布局、空間組成、空間尺度、空間形態(tài)、空間功能布局、空間界面及空間地域性的設(shè)計等方面詳細(xì)探究設(shè)計策略； 第六章理論結(jié)合實際，結(jié)合筆者參與海南保亭七仙嶺溫泉度假酒店項目的設(shè)計實踐，闡述第五章的設(shè)計策略在實際項目設(shè)計中時的具體使用方法，便于讀者進(jìn)一步理解。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic level continues to improve, starting to build a well-off society in an all-round way. After the basic life is satisfied, people begin to have Yu Li to pursue higher quality of life. In addition, the pace of modern people's life and work continues to accelerate, to people more or less pressure, people in leisure time urgent need to carry out some leisure activities to relax the body and mind, relieve the pressure. At the same time, the combination of leisure and vacation, social activities has become an important way of modern leisure, traditional leisure activities have been difficult to meet the needs of modern people, therefore, tourism vacation leisure has become a high-speed development of modern industry. In such a tropical climate area as Hainan, because of the indoor closed, the outdoor sunshine is too strong, semi-outdoor leisure space becomes the first choice for vacationers, so the design of half-outdoor public leisure space is particularly important. At present, there is no clear definition of semi-outdoor public leisure space in resort hotels, and few papers or books systematically introduce the design methods of this kind of space, so this paper takes this as the research object. I hope to sum up some design strategies of Hainan Holiday Hotel's semi-outdoor public leisure space. The main contents of this paper are divided into six chapters: the first chapter puts forward questions, introduces the background, purpose, significance, current situation and methods of the research; This paper introduces the characteristics of Hainan Holiday Hotel and the definition, composition, classification and characteristics of the semi-outdoor public leisure space of Hainan Holiday Hotel. To these hotels semi-outdoor public leisure space location, scale, layout, function, space interface of the status quo is compared and summarized, analysis of these hotels in the semi-outdoor public leisure space design advantages and disadvantages and the reasons for the deficiencies; The fourth chapter analyzes the problems, based on the field research data, summed up the impact of Hainan resort hotel semi-outdoor public leisure space design of climate, landscape, regional culture, function, psychology and other factors; The fifth chapter solves the problem, from the overall spatial location layout, the spatial composition, the spatial scale, the spatial form, the spatial function layout, the spatial interface and the spatial regional design and so on aspect detailed exploration design strategy; The sixth chapter combines theory with practice, combined with the author's participation in the design practice of Hainan Baoting Qixianling Hot Spring Resort Project, and expounds the specific use methods of the fifth chapter's design strategy in the actual project design. It is easy for readers to further understand.
