【摘要】：世界主要地區(qū)的城市和郊區(qū)開發(fā)存在諸多區(qū)別。多數(shù)研究關注的都是"美洲"、"非洲"或"中國"的城市,而鮮有涉及研究其他地區(qū)的郊區(qū)開發(fā)問題。這就表明,既然國家或區(qū)域之間都具有自身特殊性,那相互之間的比較研究就可能會難以做到、或無價值。為了系統(tǒng)地研究郊區(qū)開發(fā),本文提出了一個包括三種分析路徑的研究框架:(1)塑造郊區(qū)土地開發(fā)及其再開發(fā)的進程;(2)開發(fā)與再開發(fā)的形式;(3)相關的政策或規(guī)劃議題。首先,研究土地在郊區(qū)開發(fā)中的作用時,我們需要對開發(fā)條件的類型進行研究。其次,我們認為,盡管地方及區(qū)域之間存在著諸多差異,但這一分析框架適用于任何北方(發(fā)達)國家和南方(發(fā)展中或落后)國家的城市環(huán)境之中。
[Abstract]:There are many differences between urban and suburban development in major regions of the world. Most studies focus on cities in the Americas, Africa or China, with few studies of suburban development elsewhere. This suggests that, since countries or regions have their own particularities, comparative studies may be difficult or worthless. In order to systematically study suburban development, this paper proposes a research framework that includes three analytical paths: (1) shaping the process of suburban land development and its redevelopment; (2) the form of development and redevelopment; (3) related policy or planning issues. First of all, we need to study the types of development conditions when we study the role of land in suburban development. Secondly, we believe that, despite local and regional differences, this analytical framework applies to the urban environment of any North (developed) country and South (developing or backward) country.
