房屋建筑工程施工質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:隨著建筑行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,對社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)作用越來越明顯,同時(shí)建筑技術(shù)水平及質(zhì)量要求也越來越高。房屋建筑工程作為人類賴以生存的棲息之地,其質(zhì)量的好壞直接關(guān)系到人們?nèi)粘I?甚至國家和人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。施工階段質(zhì)量控制是建筑質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),同時(shí)質(zhì)量控制是項(xiàng)目管理中成本控制、進(jìn)度控制等管理的重中之重,質(zhì)量控制及管理狀況的好壞將不僅影響整個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的順利完成及項(xiàng)目造價(jià),而且有可能會帶來嚴(yán)重的安全隱患。因此必須加強(qiáng)施工階段質(zhì)量控制與管理,采用有效的質(zhì)量控制方法和管理體系來確保工程質(zhì)量達(dá)到相關(guān)要求;诖,本文在建設(shè)工程施工過程中質(zhì)量控制基本方法和理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實(shí)際工程對質(zhì)量控制與管理進(jìn)行了深入研究。從國內(nèi)外的工程質(zhì)量研究的現(xiàn)狀入手,總結(jié)了質(zhì)量控制與管理的各個(gè)發(fā)展階段,具體分析了工程質(zhì)量控制與管理常用的方法,論證了質(zhì)量控制的基本理論。從項(xiàng)目工程施工過程研究質(zhì)量控制與管理。分別從事前控制、事中控制、事后控制分析質(zhì)量控制的要點(diǎn),并結(jié)合質(zhì)量控制的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法對質(zhì)量進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,保證工程質(zhì)量在可控范圍內(nèi)。結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,應(yīng)用質(zhì)量控制與管理的基本理論與方法。以某學(xué)校工程項(xiàng)目為研究背景,分析了該工程的特點(diǎn),將質(zhì)量控制的要點(diǎn)細(xì)化。運(yùn)用排列圖法、直方圖法、控制圖法對檢測或驗(yàn)收數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深入研究,利用靜態(tài)控制與動(dòng)態(tài)控制相結(jié)合的方式實(shí)時(shí)反映質(zhì)量狀態(tài)。最后,對質(zhì)量控制效果進(jìn)行了評價(jià),得出了本文結(jié)論,對提高建筑施工企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平、優(yōu)化質(zhì)量管理、改善建筑產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the construction industry, the role of promoting the social economy is more and more obvious, at the same time, the level of construction technology and quality requirements are also more and more high. As the habitat for human survival, the quality of building engineering is directly related to the daily life of people, even the life and property safety of the country and people. Quality control in construction stage is the key link of construction quality, and quality control is the most important part of cost control and schedule control in project management. The quality control and management condition will not only affect the successful completion of the whole project and project cost, but also may bring serious security risks. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the quality control and management in the construction stage and adopt effective quality control methods and management systems to ensure that the engineering quality meets the relevant requirements. Based on this, on the basis of the basic method and theory of quality control in the construction process of construction project, this paper makes a deep research on quality control and management combined with the actual project. Starting with the current situation of engineering quality research at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the development stages of quality control and management, analyzes the common methods of engineering quality control and management, and demonstrates the basic theory of quality control. Research quality control and management from project construction process. The main points of quality control are analyzed from the prior control, the control in the event, the control after the event, and the real-time monitoring of the quality is carried out in combination with the statistical analysis method of the quality control to ensure that the engineering quality is within the controllable range. Combined with practical engineering, the basic theory and method of quality control and management are applied. Based on the research background of a school project, the characteristics of the project are analyzed, and the key points of quality control are refined. The method of arrangement diagram, histogram and control chart is used to study the inspection or acceptance data in depth, and the quality state is reflected in real time by the combination of static control and dynamic control. Finally, the effect of quality control is evaluated, and the conclusion of this paper is drawn. It is of great significance to improve the quality management level, optimize quality management and improve the quality of construction products in construction enterprises.
