【摘要】：近年來針對國內(nèi)頻發(fā)的城市內(nèi)澇問題,討論的方向主要集中在城市小排水系統(tǒng)上,而對于大排水系統(tǒng),即城市地表水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計,則是一片空白。對于許多老城區(qū),由于地下排水系統(tǒng)無法推倒重來,地表水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計成為提高城市防洪排澇能力的重要手段。研究從城市設(shè)計層面出發(fā),通過對荷蘭城市地表水系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃思路的變遷和設(shè)計模型的解讀,為我國城市解決內(nèi)澇問題和地表水系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計提供一個思考的方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in view of the frequent urban waterlogging problem in China, the direction of discussion is mainly focused on the urban small drainage system, but the design of the large drainage system, that is, the urban surface water system, is a blank. For many old urban areas, the design of surface water system has become an important means to improve the ability of flood control and drainage because the underground drainage system can not be pushed down and restarted. From the aspect of urban design, through the analysis of the changes of planning ideas and design models of Dutch urban surface water system, this paper provides a thinking direction for solving the problem of waterlogging and the planning and design of surface water system in Chinese cities.
