【摘要】：隨著各地美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)地全面實施，創(chuàng)建了一系列特色的“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”如珍珠散落于各地，但逐漸出現(xiàn)了“重復(fù)建設(shè)”、“勢單力薄”、“停滯發(fā)展”等問題，各界人士紛紛探索解決之道：提出了“串點成線，以線帶面，整體推進”的美麗鄉(xiāng)村聯(lián)合發(fā)展之路——“美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線”。它是將鄉(xiāng)村的“精品”有機連接集成的發(fā)展軸線，能更好利用和展示鄉(xiāng)村資源，促進三產(chǎn)融合發(fā)展和新型業(yè)態(tài)的培育，聯(lián)合發(fā)揮農(nóng)村農(nóng)業(yè)觀光、休閑運動、養(yǎng)老養(yǎng)生等綜合功能，有序、整體、系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)地鞏固美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)成果，加快當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣�、�?jīng)濟、文化發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展。 然而在精品線建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)了方向偏差、思路不清、盲目開發(fā)、資源浪費等問題，本文著重從規(guī)劃設(shè)計角度進行研究分析，以期為今后美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒思路。 本文通過美麗鄉(xiāng)村歷史發(fā)展路徑分析研究、相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論研究分析、國外案例研究借鑒、問卷、實地調(diào)查研究、AHP層次分析方法以及實際項目參與總結(jié)，創(chuàng)建美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線規(guī)劃設(shè)計理論體系，得到相應(yīng)的研究成果如下： 一、美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線規(guī)劃設(shè)計理論構(gòu)造，包括精品線概念、資源評價、布局結(jié)構(gòu)、特征、分類以及規(guī)劃設(shè)計的目標(biāo)意義、原則和內(nèi)容體系。 二、美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線建設(shè)發(fā)展模型構(gòu)建，包括自然地理主題、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟主題、歷史人文主題、現(xiàn)代民生主題四大主題精品線的評價模型以及綜合評價模型。 三、美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線規(guī)劃設(shè)計策略研究，以構(gòu)造的精品線理論為基礎(chǔ)，融合嘉興市秀洲區(qū)各層次精品線案例進行研究，包括各級精品點、道路交通體系、沿線景觀風(fēng)貌、配套設(shè)施、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等規(guī)劃設(shè)計策略、引導(dǎo)方向以及措施保障。 四、針對嘉興市秀洲區(qū)美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線和義烏九都風(fēng)情線的案例研究，進一步具體分析研究規(guī)劃設(shè)計內(nèi)容、方法與策略，并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案和提升措施。 美麗鄉(xiāng)村精品線規(guī)劃設(shè)計需要以理論為指導(dǎo)，理清思路，明確主題方向，，以科學(xué)有效的方法有序開展，并以發(fā)展的眼光不斷完善，有機更新并使精品線拓展至更長遠(yuǎn)的未來領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:With the full implementation of the construction of beautiful villages in various places, a series of unique "beautiful villages", such as pearls scattered around the country, have gradually emerged such problems as "repeated construction", "lack of strength", "stagnation of development", and so on. People from all walks of life have explored the solution: they put forward the road of the United development of beautiful villages-"beautiful rural fine line". It is an axis of development that organically connects and integrates the "fine goods" of the countryside. It can make better use of and display rural resources, promote the integration of three industries and the cultivation of a new type of industry, and jointly bring into play the rural agricultural sightseeing and leisure activities. Comprehensive functions such as endowment health, orderly, holistic, systematic, scientific consolidation of the achievements of beautiful rural construction, accelerate the local social, economic, cultural and urban and rural development as a whole. However, there are some problems in the construction of boutique line, such as direction deviation, unclear train of thought, blind development, waste of resources, etc. This paper focuses on research and analysis from the point of view of planning and design. In order to provide a certain reference for the planning and construction of beautiful rural fine line in the future. This article through the beautiful countryside historical development path analysis research, the correlation basic theory research analysis, the foreign case study reference, the questionnaire, the field investigation research and the AHP analytic hierarchy process method as well as the actual project participation summary, The theoretical system of planning and design of beautiful rural boutique line is established, and the corresponding research results are obtained as follows: first, the theoretical structure of planning and design of beautiful rural boutique line, including the concept of boutique line, resource evaluation, layout structure, characteristics, etc. Classification and planning and design of the objective significance, principles and content system. Second, the construction of the development model of the fine line of beautiful countryside, including the theme of natural geography, the theme of industrial economy, the theme of history and humanities, the theme of modern people's livelihood, the evaluation model and the comprehensive evaluation model. Thirdly, the planning and design strategy of beautiful rural boutique line is studied. Based on the theory of fine line, the case study of fine line at all levels in Xiuzhou District of Jiaxing City is carried out, including fine points at all levels, road traffic system, landscape features along the line. Supporting facilities, industrial development and other planning and design strategies, guiding direction and measures to ensure. Fourth, according to the case study of Jiaxing Xiuzhou-beautiful village boutique line and Yiwu Jiudu-style line, the contents, methods and strategies of planning and design are further analyzed, and the corresponding solutions and promotion measures are put forward. The planning and design of beautiful rural boutique lines need to be guided by theory, clear train of thought, clear subject direction, carry out in an orderly manner with scientific and effective methods, and continue to be perfected from the perspective of development. Organically update and expand the boutique line to the longer-term future.
