【摘要】：我國(guó)正處于基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)最集中、城市化速度最快的時(shí)期,工程建設(shè)規(guī)模高居世界第一。提升項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理水平將會(huì)在帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí)做到對(duì)碼頭質(zhì)量的嚴(yán)格把控,并能在一定程度上做到提高整個(gè)建設(shè)過程的效率。瀘州港項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式的成功與否與在工程建設(shè)中的質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度三個(gè)要素上直接體現(xiàn)。本文從質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度三個(gè)維度對(duì)瀘州港項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式進(jìn)行比較研究,從而分析出項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式不同對(duì)建設(shè)過程的影響。在研究過程中,筆者通過文獻(xiàn)綜述和專家訪談,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外常用的項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式進(jìn)行了定性分析。本文還以4M1E法從理論出發(fā)分析影響瀘州港項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式選擇的因素,以達(dá)到能夠分析出國(guó)外先進(jìn)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式在瀘州港項(xiàng)目踐行需要的必要客觀條件。最后得出了在現(xiàn)行條件下,踐行性較高的瀘州港項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式。而對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式的分析和對(duì)比,則有助于改進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式的進(jìn)行。瀘州港項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式的發(fā)展還存在很多阻礙和問題,在未來需要在信息化管理、勞動(dòng)力整合、合同的完善等方面進(jìn)一步的提升和應(yīng)用,這樣才能使整個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)逐漸走向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和國(guó)際化。本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于集中關(guān)注少有涉及的項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式。對(duì)瀘州港項(xiàng)目在質(zhì)量、成本、進(jìn)度上的管理的比較分析上,依托4M1E法對(duì)影響項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式選擇的因素進(jìn)行了理論分析。通過本文的論述,可以使瀘州港項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理從業(yè)人員認(rèn)識(shí)到對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式研究的重要性和必要性。文中也介紹了施工技術(shù)和勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)等相關(guān)要素對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制動(dòng)態(tài)管理模式的影響,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)例研究。研究表明,通過一定程度的改進(jìn),可以有效的縮短工期。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the most concentrated infrastructure, the fastest speed of urbanization period, the scale of engineering construction ranks first in the world. Improving the dynamic management level of project construction schedule control will bring great economic benefits and at the same time strictly control the quality of the wharf and improve the efficiency of the whole construction process to a certain extent. Whether the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control of Luzhou Port project is successful or not is directly reflected in the three elements of quality, cost and schedule in engineering construction. This paper makes a comparative study on the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control in Luzhou Port from the three dimensions of quality, cost and schedule, and analyzes the influence of different dynamic management modes on the construction process. In the course of the research, through literature review and expert interview, the author qualitatively analyzed the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control used both at home and abroad. This paper also analyzes the factors that influence the dynamic management mode selection of the construction schedule control of Luzhou Port Project based on the 4M1E method. In order to achieve the objective conditions necessary for the implementation of the foreign advanced project construction schedule control dynamic management mode in Luzhou Port project. Finally, the dynamic management mode of Luzhou Port project construction schedule control is obtained under the current conditions. The analysis and comparison of the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control at home and abroad will help to improve the dynamic management mode of domestic project construction schedule control. There are still many obstacles and problems in the development of the dynamic management mode of construction schedule control in Luzhou Port Project. In the future, it needs to be further promoted and applied in the fields of information management, labor integration, the perfection of contracts, and so on. Only in this way can the whole domestic construction enterprises gradually move towards standardization and internationalization. The innovation of this paper is to focus on the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control. Based on the comparative analysis of the quality, cost and schedule management of the Luzhou Port project, the factors influencing the dynamic management mode selection of the project construction schedule control are theoretically analyzed based on the 4M1E method. Through the discussion of this paper, it is possible to make the practitioners of dynamic management of construction schedule control of Luzhou Port realize the importance and necessity of studying the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control. This paper also introduces the influence of construction technology and labor quality on the dynamic management mode of project construction schedule control, and makes a case study. The research shows that the time limit can be shortened effectively by improving it to a certain extent.
