不同替代率再生混凝土的力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:近些年來,為了解決城市每年產(chǎn)生的建筑垃圾,再生混凝土作為一種新型混凝土被應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工程中。再生混凝土是利用建筑垃圾中的廢棄混凝土作為粗、細(xì)骨料,不僅可以節(jié)約不可再生的自然資源、緩解骨料的供需矛盾,同時(shí)還有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)。 由于多種因素的影響,再生混凝土本身的物理和力學(xué)性能比較復(fù)雜,所以需要對再生混凝土進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究。研究內(nèi)容為不同替代率再生混凝土的物理性能和力學(xué)性能。首先討論了再生粗骨料的制備工藝以及物理性能,根據(jù)普通混凝土的使用規(guī)范對再生混凝土的制取做了一系列的要求,得到了再生粗骨料的制取工藝流程圖,對以后大規(guī)模的生產(chǎn)再生骨料做出了保障。其次通過5組C30再生混凝土試驗(yàn),研究了在同一配合比、同一替代率、同一設(shè)計(jì)強(qiáng)度下,廢棄混凝土的強(qiáng)度對再生混凝土強(qiáng)度的影響,得出了再生混凝土的強(qiáng)度跟廢棄混凝土的強(qiáng)度成正比這一結(jié)論。最后通過對替代率分別為0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%,強(qiáng)度等級(jí)分別為C20、C30、C40的18組再生混凝土試塊進(jìn)行非破損和破損試驗(yàn)研究,得到了再生混凝土的配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法,再生骨料的替代率為40%時(shí)C20、C30再生混凝土的力學(xué)性能最佳,再生骨料的替代率為20%時(shí)C40再生混凝土的力學(xué)性能最佳,,以及對再生混凝土立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度的破壞形態(tài)進(jìn)行了分析研究。 再生混凝土自身具有可循環(huán)再生利用、無污染、環(huán)保等眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn),全面的了解不同替代率再生混凝土的工作性能,為以后在實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用提供更準(zhǔn)確的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, recycled concrete, as a new type of concrete, has been applied to practical projects in order to solve the problem of construction waste produced by cities every year. Recycled concrete is used as coarse and fine aggregate, which can not only save non-renewable natural resources, alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of aggregate, but also benefit environmental protection. Due to the influence of many factors, the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete are complex, so it is necessary to study the recycled concrete systematically. The research focuses on the physical and mechanical properties of recycled concrete with different substitution rates. Firstly, the preparation technology and physical properties of recycled coarse aggregate are discussed, and a series of requirements are made according to the usage standard of ordinary concrete, and the process flow chart of recycled coarse aggregate is obtained. The large-scale production of recycled aggregate in the future has been guaranteed. Secondly, through five groups of C30 recycled concrete tests, the influence of the strength of abandoned concrete on the strength of recycled concrete is studied under the same mix ratio, the same substitution rate and the same design strength. It is concluded that the strength of recycled concrete is proportional to that of abandoned concrete. Finally, by studying 18 groups of recycled concrete test blocks with a substitution rate of 0 / 20 and a weight of 400.60 / 100 and a strength grade of C20 / C30/ C40, respectively, 18 groups of recycled concrete test blocks are studied in non-damage and breakage tests, and the mix ratio design method of recycled concrete is obtained. When the replacement rate of recycled aggregate is 40, the mechanical properties of C20C30 recycled concrete are the best, and the mechanical properties of C40 recycled concrete are the best when the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 20. And the failure mode of recycled concrete cube compressive strength is analyzed and studied. Recycled concrete has many advantages, such as recycling, no pollution, environmental protection and so on. It can provide a more accurate basis for the application of recycled concrete in practical engineering.
