深圳市南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道評(píng)價(jià)與優(yōu)化策略研究

【摘要】:2010年,隨著《廣東省人民政府關(guān)于珠江三角洲綠道網(wǎng)總體規(guī)劃綱要》的提出,各市區(qū)開始了生態(tài)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及綠道的建設(shè)進(jìn)程。深圳依托本身的自然資源優(yōu)勢(shì),加之資金的支持,作為綠道建設(shè)的排頭兵,已進(jìn)行了近285公里的綠道鋪設(shè),大部分綠道已投入使用。深圳市綠道共分為三個(gè)層次:區(qū)域綠道、城市綠道和社區(qū)綠道。其中,社區(qū)綠道的級(jí)別在綠道各級(jí)別中最低,它連接著社區(qū)級(jí)公園、小公園和街頭公園綠地等,為在附近居住的居民提供日常性、短距離的出行服務(wù),雖然單個(gè)細(xì)小,但總量驚人,對(duì)改善城市環(huán)境、維持城市正常運(yùn)營(yíng)具有重要意義。首先對(duì)使用后評(píng)價(jià)(即POE)進(jìn)行研究,了解其定義、特點(diǎn)、方法、程序等基礎(chǔ)內(nèi)容,接著對(duì)社區(qū)綠道的概念、功能、特點(diǎn)等相關(guān)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行闡釋;在對(duì)深圳市社區(qū)綠道的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納、探索性調(diào)研以及觀察使用者行為調(diào)研之后,得出南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道的現(xiàn)狀與特點(diǎn)。然后根據(jù)前期的工作確定針對(duì)于南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道的評(píng)價(jià)因子,參考城市綠道評(píng)價(jià)方法,結(jié)合南山區(qū)的自身特征,建立南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。本文從三方面對(duì)南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),包括道路系統(tǒng)、設(shè)施系統(tǒng)與綠化系統(tǒng)。從定量和定性的兩個(gè)方面得到相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,總結(jié)出各評(píng)價(jià)因子中所存在的問(wèn)題。根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題有,有針對(duì)性地提出優(yōu)化策略,包括構(gòu)建完善的慢行系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系、建立與社區(qū)綠道結(jié)合緊密的設(shè)施系統(tǒng)、建設(shè)突顯社區(qū)綠道特色的綠化系統(tǒng)。在南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道的特色和現(xiàn)有街道劃分的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)慢行系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分區(qū)規(guī)劃,并將社區(qū)綠道分類,有針對(duì)性地對(duì)每一區(qū)、每一類型綠道的布局、設(shè)施和綠化等進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。論文研究了南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道的建設(shè)歷程,總結(jié)出其建設(shè)特點(diǎn),建立了針對(duì)南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)并對(duì)社區(qū)綠道的建設(shè)及分布等現(xiàn)狀做出評(píng)價(jià),提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略,旨在使得南山區(qū)社區(qū)綠道隨著深圳市綠道建設(shè)的發(fā)展而得到更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 2010, with the proposal of the outline of the Master Planning of the Green Road Network in the Pearl River Delta by the Guangdong Provincial people's Government, the construction of ecological infrastructure and green roads began in all urban areas. Relying on its own natural resource advantages and the support of funds, Shenzhen, as the vanguard of green road construction, has paved nearly 285 kilometers of green roads, most of which have been put into use. Shenzhen Green Road is divided into three levels: regional Green Road, Urban Green Road and Community Green Road. Among them, the community green road ranks the lowest among all levels of the green road. It connects community parks, small parks and street parks to provide daily, short-distance travel services for residents living nearby, although it is small and individual. However, the total amount is amazing, which is of great significance to improve the urban environment and maintain the normal operation of the city. First of all, the post-use evaluation (POE) is studied to understand its definition, characteristics, methods, procedures and other basic content, and then the concept, function, characteristics and other related contents of community green road are explained. After summing up and summarizing the construction standard of community green road in Shenzhen city, exploring investigation and observing user behavior investigation, the present situation and characteristics of community green road in Nanshan district are obtained. Then according to the previous work to determine the evaluation factors for the community green road in Nanshan area, referring to the evaluation method of urban green road, combined with the characteristics of the southern mountain area, establish the evaluation index of the community green road in the south mountain area. This paper evaluates the community green road in Nanshan area from three aspects, including road system, facility system and greening system. The related evaluation results are obtained from the quantitative and qualitative aspects, and the problems existing in the evaluation factors are summarized. According to the problems in the evaluation, the optimization strategies are put forward, including the construction of a perfect slow moving system network system, the establishment of a facility system which is closely combined with the community green road, and the construction of a greening system that highlights the characteristics of the community green road. On the basis of the characteristics of the community green road and the existing street division in Nanshan District, the slow moving system is planned and the community green road is classified to optimize the layout, facilities and greening of each district, each type of green road and so on. This paper studies the construction course of community green road in Nanshan area, summarizes its construction characteristics, establishes the evaluation index for community green road in Nanshan area, evaluates the present situation of community green road construction and distribution, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy. The purpose of this paper is to improve the development of green road in Nanshan district with the development of Shenzhen green road construction.
