【摘要】：醫(yī)院作為預(yù)防和治療疾病為主要目的的社會(huì)性醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)與人們的生活息息相關(guān)。目前,國內(nèi)外很多研究證明了,良好的醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀對增強(qiáng)醫(yī)院社會(huì)競爭力、提高醫(yī)院的工作效率、樹立醫(yī)院的形象、緩解使用者的壓力以及輔病人康復(fù)等方面有著重要意義。本文選取五所設(shè)備較為完善,功能較為齊全、綠地系統(tǒng)較為成熟的綜合醫(yī)院作為研究對象,對長沙市綜合醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀進(jìn)行初探,對以后醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀的營造和改造有著重要的社會(huì)實(shí)踐意義。 本文運(yùn)用園林美學(xué)、園林景觀設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)、環(huán)境心理學(xué)、環(huán)境行為學(xué)、植物景觀設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)原理,主要通過文獻(xiàn)查閱、實(shí)地調(diào)查、案例分析法對長沙市建成區(qū)綜合醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀進(jìn)行了研究。 首先簡述該課題國內(nèi)外發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及研究現(xiàn)狀； 其次,醫(yī)院特殊的社會(huì)功能與屬性決定了醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀具有獨(dú)特的服務(wù)性質(zhì)、特定的服務(wù)對象、多樣性的服務(wù)需求等特性,也決定了其特有的生態(tài)、保健、景觀及構(gòu)造功能作用,并探討了醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀的構(gòu)成要素及設(shè)計(jì)原則； 然后,針對患者、醫(yī)護(hù)人員、家屬及探訪人員心理需求不同,運(yùn)用環(huán)境心理學(xué)和環(huán)境行為學(xué),分析了醫(yī)院植物景觀使用者的心理特征、心理需求、行為特點(diǎn)和行為活動(dòng)； 最后,理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,通過具體案例分析,對長沙五所綜合醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀的植物種類構(gòu)成、植物觀賞特性、植物的配置形式、植物的空間類型以及使用者對植物景觀的滿意度及需求進(jìn)行了分析,并總結(jié)出醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀存在的共性問題,如醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀缺乏整體性、缺乏個(gè)性、缺乏私密性、缺乏康復(fù)性、缺少園藝活動(dòng)場所以及入口植物景觀過于單調(diào)等問題,并針對存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化策略,如提高醫(yī)院戶外空間植物景觀的整體性,突出醫(yī)院植物景觀的個(gè)性,豐富入口植物景觀,增強(qiáng)使用者與植物景觀的互動(dòng)性,適當(dāng)增加植物景觀空間的私密性,重視植物景觀的康復(fù)功能等優(yōu)化策略,為以后的醫(yī)院環(huán)境建設(shè)或改造提供建設(shè)性的意見。
[Abstract]:As a social medical institution for the prevention and treatment of diseases, hospitals are closely related to people's lives. At present, many studies at home and abroad have proved that the good plant landscape of outdoor space in hospitals can enhance the social competitiveness of hospitals, improve the working efficiency of hospitals, and establish the image of hospitals. It is of great significance to relieve the pressure of users and to rehabilitate the patients. In this paper, five comprehensive hospitals with perfect equipment, complete function and mature green space system are selected as the research object, and the plant landscape of the outdoor space of Changsha General Hospital is studied. It has important social practice significance for the construction and transformation of plant landscape in hospital outdoor space. This paper applies the principles of landscape aesthetics, landscape design, environmental psychology, environmental behavior, plant landscape design, mainly through literature review, field investigation, The plant landscape of outdoor space in the comprehensive hospital of Changsha City was studied by case analysis. Firstly, the development and research status of this topic at home and abroad are briefly described. Secondly, the special social functions and attributes of hospital determine the unique service nature of plant landscape in hospital outdoor space, and the specific service object. The diversity of service requirements also determines its unique ecological, health care, landscape and structural functions, and discusses the building elements and design principles of plant landscape in hospital outdoor space. The psychological needs of medical staff, family members and visitors are different. Using environmental psychology and environmental behavior, the psychological characteristics, psychological needs, behavioral characteristics and behavioral activities of plant landscape users in hospitals are analyzed. Combining theory with practice, through the concrete case analysis, the plant species composition, plant ornamental characteristic, plant configuration form of outdoor space plant landscape of five comprehensive hospitals in Changsha, The spatial types of plants, the satisfaction degree and demand of the users to plant landscape are analyzed, and the common problems of plant landscape in hospital outdoor space are summarized, such as the lack of integrity and individuality of plant landscape in hospital outdoor space. Lack of privacy, lack of rehabilitation, lack of horticultural activities and the monotony of the entrance plant landscape, and the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward, such as improving the integrity of plant landscape in hospital outdoor space. To highlight the personality of hospital plant landscape, enrich the entrance plant landscape, enhance the interaction between users and plant landscape, appropriately increase the privacy of plant landscape space, attach importance to the rehabilitation function of plant landscape and other optimization strategies. To provide constructive advice for future hospital environment construction or reconstruction.
