高壓燃?xì)夤艿婪D(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯修復(fù)中不同清理工藝的比較研究

【摘要】:翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)近年來(lái)在國(guó)內(nèi)燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)逐漸興起的技術(shù),其原理是將管狀聚氨酯薄膜纖維織物通過(guò)高強(qiáng)度黏合劑在壓縮空氣的推動(dòng)下翻轉(zhuǎn)粘于清潔后的舊管道內(nèi)壁,常溫加壓固化后,在舊管道內(nèi)壁形成完全密封的內(nèi)襯層,以達(dá)到對(duì)舊管道的修復(fù)。北京市燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)于十余年前引進(jìn)了中壓翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯技術(shù)并取得了一定的成績(jī)。而隨著城市建設(shè)的日新月異,原有的中壓內(nèi)襯技術(shù)已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足城市燃?xì)夤艿佬迯?fù)的要求。為此,2011年,又引進(jìn)了高壓技術(shù)作為完善補(bǔ)充。而管道的清理工藝又是翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯施工能否成功的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文的目的就是通過(guò)對(duì)管道清理方法的研究,對(duì)比出幾種方式的異同,找出最優(yōu)化的清理方案,為今后在北京燃?xì)饽酥寥珖?guó)燃?xì)庑袠I(yè)翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯修復(fù)技術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)。通過(guò)已實(shí)際工程為依托的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在管道的翻轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi)襯修復(fù)施工中,各項(xiàng)管道清理工藝是獨(dú)立的,但同時(shí)也是相輔相成的。在工程中的合理使用能夠使工程得到更好地完成,質(zhì)量也將更加得到保障。
[Abstract]:Reverse lining technology is a new technology in domestic gas industry in recent years. Its principle is to flip tubular polyurethane film fabric onto the inner wall of clean old pipe through high strength adhesive and compressed air. After normal temperature pressure solidification, the inner wall of the old pipe is sealed completely, so as to repair the old pipe. Beijing gas industry introduced the medium-pressure flip lining technology more than ten years ago and made some achievements. With the rapid development of urban construction, the original medium-pressure lining technology can not meet the requirements of urban gas pipeline repair. Therefore, in 2011, the introduction of high-voltage technology as a perfect supplement. The cleaning process of pipeline is an important link to the success of reverse lining construction. The purpose of this paper is to find out the optimal cleaning scheme through the study of pipeline cleaning methods, compare the similarities and differences of several ways, and provide the theoretical basis for the reverse lining repair technology in Beijing gas industry and even in the national gas industry in the future. Based on the research of actual engineering, it is found that the cleaning process of pipeline is independent, but it is also complementary to each other. The reasonable use in the project can make the project be completed better, and the quality will be guaranteed more.
