蘇南鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力評估研究

【摘要】：作為公共交往的重要平臺，公共空間不僅承載著人們休閑娛樂需求，而且在推動和諧社會構(gòu)建，維系社會穩(wěn)定等方面發(fā)揮重要的作用。改革開放以來，伴隨著蘇南鄉(xiāng)村社會的快速轉(zhuǎn)型，傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村公共空間作為社會歷史的建構(gòu)物，正在快速衰退甚至消失，面臨繁重的重構(gòu)任務(wù)。但在長期重“城”輕“鄉(xiāng)”的思維下，包括公共空間在內(nèi)的鄉(xiāng)村空間長期游離在城市規(guī)劃研究之外，關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力方面的研究更是少有涉及。鄉(xiāng)村公共空間研究的缺失與當(dāng)下如火如荼的鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃建設(shè)實踐形成鮮明的對比。在此背景下，以鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力為核心議題的研究具有一定的理論意義。 在對鄉(xiāng)村社會學(xué)、鄉(xiāng)村政治學(xué)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)等關(guān)于鄉(xiāng)村公共空間研究進展述評的基礎(chǔ)上，以鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力影響因素的定性分析為切入點，根據(jù)社會與空間相互建構(gòu)和人地關(guān)系互動原理，，基于科學(xué)性、可操作性等原則，從鄉(xiāng)村公共空間的使用者和鄉(xiāng)村公共空間場所特質(zhì)兩個方面，嘗試建構(gòu)鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力評估指標體系。選取三個村落——后埠村、后莊村和農(nóng)創(chuàng)村，分別代表蘇南地區(qū)三種典型的村落類型——古村落、一般傳統(tǒng)村落和新型集中鄉(xiāng)村社區(qū)，進行較長時間的實際調(diào)研，獲取一手資料。在此基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)評估體系，對不同類型鄉(xiāng)村的公共空間、同類別的鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力進行定量比較。深入剖析不同類型蘇南鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力差異的原因，提出蘇南鄉(xiāng)村公共空間活力提升的策略。
[Abstract]:As an important platform of public communication, public space not only carries people's leisure and entertainment needs, but also plays an important role in promoting the construction of a harmonious society and maintaining social stability. Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid transformation of rural society in southern Jiangsu, the traditional rural public space, as a social historical construction, is rapidly declining or even disappearing, facing a heavy task of reconstruction. However, under the long-term thinking of attaching importance to "city" and neglecting "township", rural space, including public space, has been dissociated from the study of urban planning for a long time, and the research on the vitality of rural public space is even less concerned. The lack of rural public space research and the current rural planning and construction practice form a sharp contrast. In this context, the study of rural public space vitality as the core issue has certain theoretical significance. On the basis of a review of the research progress in rural public space, such as rural sociology, rural politics, urban and rural planning and so on, the qualitative analysis of the factors affecting the vitality of rural public space is taken as the starting point. According to the mutual construction of society and space and the interaction between human and land, based on the principles of science and maneuverability, this paper discusses the characteristics of rural public space from two aspects: the users of rural public space and the characteristics of rural public space. Try to construct the evaluation index system of rural public space vitality. Selecting three villages-Houbu Village, Houzhuang Village and Nongchuang Village, respectively, representing three typical village types in southern Jiangsu Province-ancient villages, general traditional villages and new concentrated rural communities, for a long time of actual investigation. Get first-hand information. On this basis, according to the evaluation system, the public space of different types of rural areas, the same type of rural public space vitality quantitative comparison. This paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the difference of rural public space vitality in different types of southern Jiangsu province, and puts forward the strategies for promoting the vitality of rural public space in southern Jiangsu province.
