BIM技術(shù)擴(kuò)散的阻礙研究

【摘要】:在信息技術(shù)高速發(fā)展的今天,我國(guó)進(jìn)入了信息化時(shí)代。BIM作為一項(xiàng)新的信息技術(shù),近些年來(lái),在建筑業(yè)行業(yè)中得到了廣泛的利用。BIM技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)是建筑業(yè)信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用的一大創(chuàng)舉,它為建筑業(yè)向低能耗、低污染、綠色可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了可能。BIM技術(shù)貫穿在設(shè)計(jì)、施工、運(yùn)營(yíng)全壽命周期過(guò)程,它集成了建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中所有的信息。然而如何才能讓BIM技術(shù)更好的被建筑業(yè)企業(yè)所采納,BIM技術(shù)如何才能在建筑業(yè)行業(yè)中更好的進(jìn)行擴(kuò)散,這個(gè)問(wèn)題一直是很多人研究的內(nèi)容,本文從BIM技術(shù)擴(kuò)散的阻礙因素開(kāi)始研究,試圖解決這一問(wèn)題。 本文綜合運(yùn)用了管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)和知識(shí)管理等學(xué)科的研究成果,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析方法、定量與定性分析相結(jié)合的方法、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法以及歸納法等方法,結(jié)合BIM技術(shù)的擴(kuò)散模型以及技術(shù)擴(kuò)散理論等相關(guān)理論,歸納總結(jié)出BIM技術(shù)擴(kuò)散的各個(gè)阻礙因素,并對(duì)各個(gè)阻礙因素進(jìn)行重要性分析,具有很強(qiáng)的理論和實(shí)際意義。 筆者運(yùn)用了扎根理論找出BIM技術(shù)的阻礙因素,首先廣泛閱讀了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),了解了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)BIM技術(shù)擴(kuò)散阻礙因素的研究情況,其次,對(duì)有關(guān)人員進(jìn)行了關(guān)于BIM技術(shù)的深度訪(fǎng)談,根據(jù)研究文獻(xiàn)及深度訪(fǎng)談資料再結(jié)合中國(guó)的國(guó)情,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)的阻礙因素進(jìn)行了初始編碼;其次,在初始編碼的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)阻礙因素進(jìn)行篩選整合,然后進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)性編碼;最后根據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)性編碼對(duì)阻礙因素進(jìn)行選擇性編碼。最終對(duì)阻礙因素進(jìn)行飽和度實(shí)驗(yàn),得到最終的阻礙因素指標(biāo)體系。 通過(guò)Yaahp軟件對(duì)BIM技術(shù)擴(kuò)散阻礙因素指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行層次分析,得出技術(shù)類(lèi)因素、操作類(lèi)因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)類(lèi)因素以及法律類(lèi)因素以及各一級(jí)指標(biāo)下面的二級(jí)、三級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,并對(duì)各級(jí)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行重要性分析,最后根據(jù)各級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重找出阻礙BIM技術(shù)擴(kuò)散的關(guān)鍵因素,,然后給出合理地科學(xué)地建議,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)散提供了幫助。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, our country has entered the information age as a new information technology. In recent years, the emergence of .BIM technology has been widely used in the construction industry is a major innovation in the application of information technology in the construction industry. It provides the construction industry with the possibility of low energy consumption, low pollution, and green sustainable development. BIM technology runs through the design, construction, and operation life cycle process, and it integrates all the information in the construction project. However, how to make BIM technology better adopted by construction enterprises and how to spread it better in the construction industry has been studied by many people. This paper attempts to solve this problem by studying the factors hindering the diffusion of BIM technology. This paper makes comprehensive use of the research results of management, economics, technology economy and knowledge management, applies the literature research method, the comparative analysis method, the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis method. Combining the methods of theory with practice and induction, combining with the diffusion model of BIM technology and the theory of technology diffusion, the author summarizes the factors that hinder the diffusion of BIM technology, and analyzes the importance of these factors. It has strong theoretical and practical significance. The author uses the theory of taking root to find out the obstacle factors of BIM technology. Firstly, I read the domestic and foreign relevant research literature, and understand the domestic and foreign research on the factors that hinder the diffusion of BIM technology. Secondly, the author studies the factors that hinder the diffusion of BIM technology. The author conducted in-depth interviews on the BIM technology, and based on the research literature and in-depth interview data, combined with the situation of China, the initial coding of the hindrance factors of BIM technology was carried out. Secondly, On the basis of the initial coding, the blocking factors are filtered and integrated, then the association coding is carried out. Finally, the blocking factors are selectively encoded according to the correlation coding. Finally, the saturation experiment of hindrance factor is carried out, and the final indicator system of hindrance factor is obtained. The index system of technical diffusion hindrance factor of BIM is analyzed by Yaahp software, and the technical factor, operational factor, economic factor, legal factor and the weight of the secondary and tertiary indexes under the first class index are obtained. At last, according to the weight of indexes at all levels, we find out the key factors that hinder the diffusion of BIM technology, and then give some reasonable scientific suggestions, which will be helpful to the further diffusion of BIM technology.
