被動(dòng)式節(jié)能建筑效益評(píng)價(jià)及對(duì)策支持
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and the acceleration of urbanization process, the urban building area is increasing, the residents' demand for improving indoor comfortable environment is increasing, and the building energy consumption is also increasing, which changes the traditional construction industry development mode. It is urgent to carry out energy-saving buildings. Passive energy-saving building takes the use of passive technology as the core, reconstructs the relationship among people, buildings and climate, changes the traditional building construction mode idea, and strives to achieve low energy consumption and low pollution in the whole life cycle. It is an important way to realize the sustainable development of construction industry. However, it is still difficult to popularize passive building in our country: lack of wide market recognition, imperfect evaluation system and method, lack of incentive policy, etc. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to increase the basic research work of passive building. Under the background of building energy conservation and emission reduction, the thesis firstly combs the concepts of passive energy saving and passive building on the basis of full understanding of the current situation of passive building research at home and abroad through a large number of literature review and collation. Based on the theory of economic externality, the theory of energy, environment and economy integration, the theory of sustainable development and the theory of system evaluation, the comprehensive benefits of passive buildings are analyzed. Ecological benefit and technical benefit, the basic principle of constructing passive energy-saving building benefit evaluation system is put forward, and the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system is constructed under the guidance of this system, and the weight of each level index is determined by using AHP method. In order to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the established benefit evaluation index system, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the Xi'an S hotel project, and analyzes its comprehensive benefit by using the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method. Finally, the author analyzes the obstacles to the development of passive buildings in China, and puts forward the corresponding policies on the basis of the analysis of the value of the evaluation system to guide social practice. The innovation of this paper lies in the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation system for the economic, social, ecological and technical benefits of passive energy-saving buildings by using the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad for reference. The case is proved to be scientific and operable by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, which enriches the content of theoretical research and promotes the development of passive architecture.
