住區(qū)開(kāi)敞空間水敏性設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著城市建設(shè)的推進(jìn),大面積不透水地面鋪裝的建成,引發(fā)了多方面與水相關(guān)的問(wèn)題,如城市內(nèi)澇和大面積非點(diǎn)源污染等,其中,非點(diǎn)源污染又使得原本就已短缺的水資源變得越發(fā)緊張。常規(guī)的雨水排放設(shè)施只注重簡(jiǎn)單的“排”,且我國(guó)大部分城市的排水設(shè)施均已建成,從經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)角度來(lái)看大規(guī)模加建擴(kuò)建既不可行也不理智。 在部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,,上世紀(jì)60年代就開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)可持續(xù)雨水管理的思想,旨在解決城市雨水管理中存在的諸多弊病。本研究從澳大利亞水敏性城市設(shè)計(jì)(WSUD)理念出發(fā),探討水敏性設(shè)計(jì)理念及其相關(guān)理論與技術(shù)在我國(guó)城市住區(qū)中實(shí)踐的可行性和具體設(shè)計(jì)流程。并結(jié)合實(shí)際項(xiàng)目——廣州市龍武里社區(qū)福雅居廣場(chǎng)改造進(jìn)行實(shí)際應(yīng)用研究。 本次研究首先分析和探討了各國(guó)可持續(xù)雨水管理的體系與實(shí)踐,著重研究了水敏性設(shè)計(jì)的路徑方法與原則,整理了我國(guó)及各發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家雨水利用、下滲等方面相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和技術(shù)規(guī)范,并指出我國(guó)相關(guān)規(guī)定中的問(wèn)題與不足之處。 接著對(duì)我國(guó)住區(qū)開(kāi)敞空間水敏性設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討,在具體的技術(shù)應(yīng)用和設(shè)計(jì)方法上進(jìn)行深入研究,并提出了一套具可操作性的工作流程。同時(shí)對(duì)水敏性設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵的控制指標(biāo)和控制方法進(jìn)行了研究。 最后以廣州龍武里社區(qū)福雅居廣場(chǎng)改造項(xiàng)目為例,具體踐行了水敏性設(shè)計(jì)方法,探討了水敏性設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)與理念在實(shí)際項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)工作中的應(yīng)用和存在的問(wèn)題。 住區(qū)是城市的主要功能之一,在住區(qū)開(kāi)敞空間的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)中遵循水敏性設(shè)計(jì)原則,將可持續(xù)雨水管理理念與開(kāi)敞空間的景觀和建筑設(shè)計(jì)整合,對(duì)改善城市環(huán)境,緩解水資源短缺與城市內(nèi)澇等問(wèn)題都具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban construction, the construction of large area impervious ground pavement has caused many water-related problems, such as urban waterlogging and large area non-point source pollution, among which, Non-point-source pollution has made already scarce water resources even more strained. Conventional Rain Water emission facilities only pay attention to simple "drainage", and most of our city drainage facilities have been built, from the economic and social point of view, large-scale construction and expansion is neither feasible nor rational. In some developed countries, the idea of sustainable Rain Water management began to appear in the 1960s, aiming at solving many disadvantages in urban Rain Water management. Based on the concept of water sensitive urban design (WSUD) in Australia, this paper discusses the feasibility and design process of water sensitive design and its related theory and technology in urban residential area of our country. And combined with the actual project-Guangzhou Longwuli community Fuyazu Square reconstruction to carry out practical application research. In this study, the system and practice of sustainable Rain Water management in various countries are analyzed and discussed, and the methods and principles of water sensitivity design are emphatically studied, and the utilization of Rain Water in China and other developed countries is sorted out. Seepage and other related laws and regulations and technical specifications, and pointed out the problems and deficiencies of the relevant provisions in China. Then the problems of water sensitivity design in open space of residential area in our country are discussed, the concrete technology application and design method are deeply studied, and a set of operable work flow is put forward. At the same time, the key control index and control method of water sensitivity design are studied. Finally, taking the reconstruction project of Fuya residence Square in Longwuli Community in Guangzhou as an example, the design method of water sensitivity is put into practice, and the application and problems of the technology and concept of water sensitivity design in practical project design are discussed. Residential area is one of the main functions of the city. In the planning and construction of open space in residential area, the principle of water sensitivity design is followed, and the concept of sustainable Rain Water management is integrated with the landscape and architectural design of open space to improve the urban environment. It is of great practical significance to alleviate the problems of water shortage and urban waterlogging.
