淺析現(xiàn)代綠色辦公—空間營(yíng)造與環(huán)境優(yōu)化

【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中,辦公在人們生活中占據(jù)的比重越來(lái)越大,成為生活中不可分割的一部分。隨著信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,人們辦公方式隨之轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)辦公場(chǎng)所的要求也越來(lái)越高。選擇辦公空間作為研究的對(duì)象,是因?yàn)殡S著現(xiàn)代科技的迅速發(fā)展,在新理念、新技術(shù)、新材料的影響下,辦公活動(dòng)的內(nèi)涵和外延再次得到擴(kuò)張,辦公環(huán)境向著更健康、智能的方向發(fā)展。如今,辦公空間除了要滿足人們生理與心理上的滿足,還要遵循“以人為本”的設(shè)計(jì)理念,在滿足基本的辦公功能外,將會(huì)議、餐飲、娛樂(lè)、健身、休憩等功能與之相結(jié)合,滿足現(xiàn)代社會(huì)人們多樣化的辦公需求。同時(shí)隨著綠色環(huán)保理念的提出,辦公方式和辦公環(huán)境的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出生態(tài)化、智能化、復(fù)合化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),以適應(yīng)日新月異的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)。這些都在逐漸改變著我們傳統(tǒng)的辦公生活習(xí)慣,而上述變化都使得現(xiàn)代綠色辦公空間的研究更具有典型意義。 本文在對(duì)現(xiàn)代綠色辦公空間進(jìn)行全面深入的了解分析后,先從設(shè)計(jì)方面入手,研究與如何營(yíng)造健康舒適、節(jié)能高效的辦公空間環(huán)境相關(guān)的內(nèi)容。同時(shí),對(duì)相關(guān)的施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范進(jìn)行歸納,總結(jié)出綠色工程施工的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并與綠色設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合起來(lái)更好的輔助設(shè)計(jì),以達(dá)到與實(shí)際工程相結(jié)合打造合格的現(xiàn)代綠色辦公空間環(huán)境的目的。而后對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外成功案例和實(shí)踐案例比較分析,總結(jié)出目前現(xiàn)代綠色辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)和施工過(guò)程中存在的進(jìn)步與不足,為今后我國(guó)現(xiàn)代綠色辦公環(huán)境的研究提供一定的參考依據(jù)。 本論文共分八個(gè)章節(jié)。第一、二章通過(guò)相關(guān)概念界定明確研究?jī)?nèi)容與研究范圍,通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和和有關(guān)學(xué)科的原理,研究總結(jié)了現(xiàn)代辦公發(fā)展的歷史淵源與空間體現(xiàn),為后文現(xiàn)代綠色辦公空間環(huán)境研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章先對(duì)現(xiàn)代辦公空間的平面構(gòu)成與組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,而后從現(xiàn)代辦公設(shè)計(jì)要求、氛圍營(yíng)造等方面研究辦公空間的營(yíng)造方法。 第四章是通過(guò)高效節(jié)能的設(shè)計(jì)手法、綠色材料及相關(guān)綠色技術(shù)方面對(duì)綠色辦公環(huán)境的優(yōu)化研究進(jìn)行闡述。 第五章則是從裝修工程的角度入手,在通過(guò)詳細(xì)了解與現(xiàn)代綠色辦公有關(guān)的行業(yè)規(guī)范的前提下,了解并分析現(xiàn)代施工的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及施工與設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)接方面的問(wèn)題,從而更好的輔助設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)工程技術(shù)手段配合設(shè)計(jì)從而營(yíng)造出更加符合現(xiàn)代綠色要求的辦公空間環(huán)境。 第六章通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀案例的分析,總結(jié)了目前現(xiàn)代綠色辦公空間設(shè)計(jì)和工程技術(shù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與發(fā)展方向。 第七章則通過(guò)實(shí)踐案例的分析,把握該工程從設(shè)計(jì)到施工到完成及工程驗(yàn)收的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),總結(jié)該工程在綠色環(huán)境塑造方面的運(yùn)用與不足,可以給理論研究方面提供更加真實(shí)、有用的研究依據(jù),進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)理論的研究。 第八章,對(duì)上述章節(jié)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)并得出研究結(jié)論。
