立體綠化設(shè)計(jì)在高層居住社區(qū)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,城市人口密度也逐步增高,導(dǎo)致城市的居住環(huán)境發(fā)生改變,高層居住社區(qū)的出現(xiàn)緩解了因人口密度過(guò)高給城市帶來(lái)的壓力,也標(biāo)志著居住環(huán)境發(fā)生了根本性的改變。伴隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們的居住意識(shí)也在發(fā)生改變,對(duì)生活環(huán)境的追求越來(lái)越高。在高層居住社區(qū)的環(huán)境中,內(nèi)部空間環(huán)境質(zhì)量的提高是生活環(huán)境良好的重要標(biāo)志之一。高層居住社區(qū)因自身的獨(dú)特性給居民帶來(lái)了諸多問(wèn)題,比如建筑體量大帶來(lái)壓迫感,遠(yuǎn)離地面的恐慌感等。經(jīng)過(guò)分析在這種特定的環(huán)境內(nèi),可以通過(guò)戶外環(huán)境的營(yíng)造來(lái)進(jìn)行改善,打破傳統(tǒng)的平面綠化,利用豎向空間進(jìn)行綠化設(shè)計(jì)。比如利用墻面綠化、坡地綠化的形式,這樣,植物在豎向空間的增高有效的弱化了建筑的體量;利用屋頂進(jìn)行綠化設(shè)計(jì),拉近了高層居民與地面的距離;還包括廊架、欄桿的綠化等等。高層居住社區(qū)中的內(nèi)部空間面積較大,有利于植被種植造型和形式的擴(kuò)展。這種設(shè)計(jì)手法提高了高層居民的綠視率,增加了綠地面積,同時(shí)也豐富了景觀層次。本文就以此為切入點(diǎn),通過(guò)探索與調(diào)查,希望研究出利用立體綠化的形式使高層居住社區(qū)的環(huán)境能更加舒適宜人的方法。 本文首先分析高層居住社區(qū)、立體綠化等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的背景及發(fā)展情況,進(jìn)而突出體現(xiàn)了此選題的意義。在第二章分別從立體綠化的概念、歷史、效益及設(shè)計(jì)形式來(lái)對(duì)立體綠化進(jìn)行闡述,設(shè)計(jì)形式包括屋頂綠化、墻體綠化、棚架綠化等多種,因?yàn)樵O(shè)計(jì)形式各異,呈現(xiàn)在高層居住社區(qū)中的綠化形式也具有多樣性的特點(diǎn)。第三章闡述了高層居住社區(qū)的背景及發(fā)展概況,綜合分析了高層居住社區(qū)的特點(diǎn),建筑體量的龐大、人口密度的高度集中、雷同單調(diào)的建筑外觀,都在不同程度上為居民帶來(lái)了一些消極影響,譬如高度、聲音、視覺(jué)差距都會(huì)導(dǎo)致居民的恐慌心理。因?yàn)楦邔泳幼∩鐓^(qū)的獨(dú)特性,光照和風(fēng)向的特征也不同于低層和多層的特點(diǎn),第四章則先從這一方面入手,分析其特點(diǎn)并討論在此特點(diǎn)下植物應(yīng)該如何配置,為后面立體綠化在高層居住社區(qū)中的實(shí)施做了鋪墊,最后以濟(jì)南市官扎營(yíng)小區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計(jì)為實(shí)例,對(duì)之前探索出的立體綠化形式進(jìn)行有效實(shí)施。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),就是通過(guò)研究分析,探索出幾種可在高層居住社區(qū)中實(shí)現(xiàn)的立體綠化形式,目的就是通過(guò)增大的綠地面積、較高的綠視率以及豐富的景觀層次,為居民營(yíng)造出更舒適、富于情趣的生活空間。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the urban population density has gradually increased, leading to a change in the living environment of the city, and the emergence of high-rise residential communities has alleviated the pressure brought to the city by the high population density. It also marks a fundamental change in the living environment. With the progress of society, people's living consciousness is changing, and the pursuit of living environment is higher and higher. In the environment of high-rise residential community, the improvement of internal space environment quality is one of the important signs of good living environment. High-rise residential communities have brought many problems to the residents because of their own uniqueness, such as a large building size, a sense of panic away from the ground, and so on. In this particular environment, the outdoor environment can be improved, the traditional plane greening can be broken, and the vertical space can be used for greening design. For example, in the form of wall greening and slope greening, in this way, the increase of plants in vertical space effectively weakens the volume of buildings; the use of roofs for greening design reduces the distance between the high-rise residents and the ground; and also includes the veranda frame. Green railings and so on. The inner space area of the high-rise residential community is large, which is beneficial to the expansion of vegetation planting modeling and form. This design method improves the green view rate of the high-rise residents, increases the green space area, and enriches the landscape level. This article regards this as the cut-in point, through the exploration and the investigation, hopes to study the way to make the environment of the high-rise residential community more comfortable and pleasant by using the form of stereoscopic greening. This paper first analyzes the background and development of high-rise residential community, stereoscopic greening and other related fields, and then highlights the significance of this topic. In the second chapter, the concept, history, benefit and design form of stereoscopic greening are expounded respectively. The design forms include roof greening, wall greening, scaffolding greening and so on, because the design forms are different. The greening forms in the high-rise residential communities also have the characteristics of diversity. The third chapter describes the background and development of the high-rise residential community, comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the high-rise residential community, the large volume of buildings, the high concentration of population density, similar to the monotonous architectural appearance. All of them bring some negative effects to residents in varying degrees, such as height, sound, visual gap will lead to panic. Because of the uniqueness of the high-rise residential community, the characteristics of light and wind direction are different from those of the lower and the multi-level. Chapter four begins with this aspect, analyzes its characteristics and discusses how plants should be allocated under this characteristic. Finally, taking the landscape design of the Guanying district in Jinan as an example, the paper carries out the effective implementation of the previously explored three-dimensional greening form. The innovation of this paper is to explore several kinds of three-dimensional greening forms that can be realized in high-rise residential communities through research and analysis. The purpose of this paper is to increase green space area, higher green vision rate and rich landscape level. Create a more comfortable and interesting living space for the residents.
