隆昌縣云頂鎮(zhèn)新農(nóng)村聚居點(diǎn)選址適宜性研究
[Abstract]:The relationship between man and land is the basic condition of urban and rural construction, and it is also a problem that must be directly faced and discussed in the development of society today. The most direct resource condition of our country is to have more people and less land, and the contradiction between man and land relations exists generally in urban and rural areas. The construction activities of the vast rural areas are becoming more and more frequent, and the construction of new rural settlement sites is becoming a trend. However, due to the lack of a systematic and comprehensive site selection analysis, the planning of some new rural settlements is either limited to drawings or far from the implementation of the plans. Therefore, it is necessary to study the location of new rural settlements. At present, the research on the location of rural residential areas mainly involves the selection principle, evaluation system and analysis of influencing factors, but the research on the location of new rural settlements in shallow hill area of southern Sichuan is very few. Therefore, this paper has positive significance and necessity to study the location of new rural settlements in Yunding Town, Longchang County. The research contents of this paper mainly include the construction of new rural settlement site selection evaluation index system and Yunding town new rural settlement site location evaluation. First of all, on the basis of combing the relevant theories, domestic and foreign literature, and the basic information of Yunding Town, this paper chooses a relatively reasonable research method and the factors that may affect the location of the site. Secondly, through the questionnaire, Interviews and other methods of Yunding Town of 7 settlements and surrounding areas of field research, preliminary establishment of site evaluation index system; again, combined with expert opinions to modify the final evaluation index system; from the second, After comparing the scoring sample data of farmers and experts, the expert is selected as the evaluation subject, and the weight coefficient of each index is calculated. Then, the basic data of each index is extracted, and the unsuitable location area of Yunding Town is eliminated by Arcgis. The 16 indexes are transformed into grid data, and then the grid calculator is used to merge each index layer according to the weight. Finally, the location suitability analysis map of Yunding Town is obtained. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the planned settlement sites in Yunding Town, summarizes the problems existing in the location selection of the new rural settlements in Yunding Town, and puts forward some suggestions for the location selection of the new rural settlements after Yunding Town. Through the above research, the main achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) construct the evaluation index system of the location of the new rural settlement in Yunding Town, including 3 first-grade indexes and 16 second-class indexes; (2) determine the weight of each index factor. Among them, the weight value of the first class index is not different, the weight value of per capita net income (0.1010), relocation cost (0.0905), peasant household acceptability (0.1119) in the secondary index is larger, but the relative weight of surface elevation (0.0266) and population density (0.0292) is smaller. (3) the suitability of Yunding Town location is divided into 5 grades: suitable area, more suitable area, barely suitable area, less suitable area and less suitable area. Among them, the better location areas are mainly located in the areas with better economic conditions on the northern side of the town area; (4) the three settlement sites of Zhongda au Tian, Shayan and Dacao Dam are better than those of Jiulongshe and Keitang Bay. Dingjiatang and Huangdawan settlement sites are located in the basic farmland reserve, the location is extremely unreasonable.
