【摘要】：發(fā)展小城鎮(zhèn)是建設(shè)中國特色城鎮(zhèn)化道路的不可避免的選擇。小城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展是縮小城市和農(nóng)村之間的差距的客觀需求,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是城市和農(nóng)村之間的橋梁和聯(lián)系。近年來,伴隨著小城鎮(zhèn)的快速發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了許多問題,在這些問題中最為突出的是小城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)環(huán)境的日益惡化。從某種程度上講,生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)問題解決得是否合理制約著我國的城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)展。所以,生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù)問題在實(shí)現(xiàn)小城鎮(zhèn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程中扮演著重要的角色。小城鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展應(yīng)在生態(tài)構(gòu)架基礎(chǔ)之上,突破傳統(tǒng)方式,在生態(tài)環(huán)境建設(shè)過程中注入科學(xué)技術(shù)元素,創(chuàng)建文明社會,發(fā)展生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì),從根本上實(shí)現(xiàn)小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)生態(tài)化。本文第一章緒論部分分析了我國小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,列舉國內(nèi)外專家們的研究成果與實(shí)際建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,初步介紹了小城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)建設(shè)過程中值得關(guān)注的主要問題和有價值的寶貴的借鑒經(jīng)驗。最后,簡要介紹了本論文主要的研究內(nèi)容和方法及研究框架。第二章是相關(guān)理論綜述,對小城鎮(zhèn)和生態(tài)建設(shè)的概念以及生態(tài)小城鎮(zhèn)的含義進(jìn)行了闡述,并介紹了當(dāng)前有關(guān)小城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)建設(shè)的理論基礎(chǔ)和學(xué)科分類,分析了建設(shè)過程中的各種相關(guān)理論。在第三章中,對生態(tài)和環(huán)保問題進(jìn)行了深入地剖析,與生態(tài)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)和原則相結(jié)合,探討小城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)建設(shè)的途徑和內(nèi)容。在第四章中,通過分析清原縣生態(tài)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,同時對比清原的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,針對清原提出生態(tài)建設(shè)理念。在第五章中,基于生態(tài)城市指標(biāo)體系的參考之上,選擇了具有代表性的生態(tài)建設(shè)指標(biāo),使得清原縣生態(tài)建設(shè)研究更加科學(xué)和有效,同時構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)體系可以有效衡量清原縣的生態(tài)化程度,為評價生態(tài)建設(shè)狀況提供強(qiáng)有力的科學(xué)保障。第六章結(jié)合相關(guān)綜合評價的數(shù)學(xué)理論方法進(jìn)行指標(biāo)的評價,在綜合評價的評價結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)之上分析相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的含義。第七章的內(nèi)容是在第六章分析結(jié)果之上,總結(jié)清原縣生態(tài)建設(shè)需要改進(jìn)的地方,為更好的發(fā)展提出科學(xué)改進(jìn)意見和對策。本文討論了小城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)踐問題,目的是為了促進(jìn)小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)生態(tài)化,并對其有一定指導(dǎo)意義。在本文中,建立的小城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)評價指標(biāo)體系目的是為衡量小城鎮(zhèn)生態(tài)化程度提供一定的依據(jù)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),來促進(jìn)我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程,使其朝著健康快速的方向發(fā)
[Abstract]:The development of small towns is the inevitable choice of urbanization with Chinese characteristics. The development of small towns is the objective demand to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, can realize the coordinated development of urban and rural integration, and is the bridge and connection between cities and rural areas. In recent years, with the rapid development of small towns, there are many problems, the most prominent of which is the worsening of the ecological environment of small towns. To a certain extent, the problem of ecological environment protection is reasonable to restrict the progress of urbanization in China. Therefore, the protection of ecological environment plays an important role in realizing the sustainable development of small towns. The construction and development of small towns should be based on the ecological framework, break through the traditional ways, inject scientific and technological elements into the process of ecological environment construction, create a civilized society, develop ecological economy, and fundamentally realize the ecological construction of small towns. The first chapter of this paper analyzes the development of small towns in China, enumerates the domestic and foreign experts' research results and actual construction status. The main problems and valuable experience in ecological construction of small towns are introduced. Finally, this paper briefly introduces the main research content, methods and research framework. The second chapter is a review of relevant theories. The concept of small town and ecological construction and the meaning of ecological small town are expounded, and the theoretical basis and subject classification of ecological construction of small town are introduced. The related theories in the process of construction are analyzed. In the third chapter, the problems of ecology and environmental protection are deeply analyzed, combined with the goal and principle of ecological construction, the approaches and contents of ecological construction of small towns are discussed. In the fourth chapter, by analyzing the present situation of ecological construction in Qingyuan County, and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of Qingyuan County, the author puts forward the concept of ecological construction in the light of Qingyuan County. In the fifth chapter, based on the reference of ecological city index system, the representative ecological construction index is selected, which makes the research of ecological construction in Qingyuan county more scientific and effective. At the same time, the index system can effectively measure the ecological degree of Qingyuan County, and provide a powerful scientific guarantee for the evaluation of ecological construction. In the sixth chapter, the relevant data are analyzed on the basis of the results of the comprehensive evaluation, which is based on the mathematical theory and method of correlative comprehensive evaluation. The content of the seventh chapter is based on the results of the sixth chapter, summarizes the ecological construction of Qingyuan County need to improve the place, for better development put forward scientific improvement suggestions and countermeasures. This paper discusses the theory and practice of ecological construction of small towns in order to promote the ecological construction of small towns and has certain guiding significance. In this paper, the purpose of the ecological evaluation index system of small towns is to provide a certain basis and standard for measuring the ecological degree of small towns, to promote the process of urbanization in China and to make it develop in the direction of health and speed.
