【摘要】:針對湖北地區(qū)新建和改造的許多地源熱泵系統(tǒng)示范項(xiàng)目,目前進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場測試和數(shù)據(jù)采集分析的較少,對該地區(qū)地源熱泵系統(tǒng)工程的實(shí)際運(yùn)行狀況和應(yīng)用效果也缺乏總結(jié)分析,本文就此內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究。 本文對地源熱泵系統(tǒng)能效測試中的主要內(nèi)容和測試方法等做了介紹,,并設(shè)計(jì)了測試平臺(tái)的搭建方案,分析了能效測試中的誤差來源。選取了該地區(qū)應(yīng)用較多的地下水源熱泵和地埋管熱泵工程案例進(jìn)行分析,研究具體工程中地源熱泵系統(tǒng)各參數(shù)的變化情況以及不同工況下機(jī)組性能系數(shù)和系統(tǒng)能效比,并對系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性和熱平衡性等進(jìn)行了分析。最后本文對湖北地區(qū)已完成測試的18個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合分析,總結(jié)了地源熱泵技術(shù)在湖北地區(qū)的應(yīng)用狀況,對室內(nèi)舒適度、機(jī)組性能參數(shù)、系統(tǒng)節(jié)能環(huán)保效益等進(jìn)行了對比分析。 通過對測試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理分析,得出宜昌某銀行地下水源熱泵系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性和熱平衡性較好,可作為其他工程設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行的參考;天門某醫(yī)院住宅樓地埋管熱泵系統(tǒng)具有良好的節(jié)能環(huán)保效益,但存在冷熱不平衡問題;18個(gè)項(xiàng)目中,大部分項(xiàng)目機(jī)組性能系數(shù)和系統(tǒng)能效比較高;幾乎所有項(xiàng)目用戶側(cè)進(jìn)出口溫差低于5℃,部分項(xiàng)目為“大流量小溫差”運(yùn)行;通過機(jī)組熱力完善度的分析,得出機(jī)組冬季工況運(yùn)行性能優(yōu)于夏季工況;熱泵系統(tǒng)節(jié)能環(huán)保效益顯著且地下水源熱泵系統(tǒng)比地埋管熱泵系統(tǒng)具有更好的節(jié)能和環(huán)保效益。
[Abstract]:In view of many demonstration projects of ground-source heat pump system built and reformed in Hubei area, there are few field tests and data collection and analysis at present, and there is also a lack of summary and analysis on the actual operation status and application effect of the ground-source heat pump system project in this area. This article carries on the research to this content. In this paper, the main contents and test methods of energy efficiency test of ground-source heat pump system are introduced, and the construction scheme of test platform is designed, and the error source in energy efficiency test is analyzed. The cases of groundwater source heat pump (GSHP) and ground buried pipe heat pump (GSHP) in this area are selected to analyze the variation of the parameters of the GSHP system and the performance coefficient and the energy efficiency ratio of the system under different working conditions. The stability and thermal balance of the system are analyzed. Finally, this paper comprehensively analyzes 18 items that have been tested in Hubei area, summarizes the application of ground-source heat pump technology in Hubei area, and makes a comparative analysis on indoor comfort, unit performance parameters, energy saving and environmental protection benefits of the system. Through the analysis of the test data, it is concluded that the operation stability and thermal balance of the underground water source heat pump system in Yichang bank are good, which can be used as a reference for other engineering design and operation. The ground buried pipe heat pump system in a residential building in Tianmen hospital has good energy saving and environmental protection benefits, but there is an imbalance between cold and heat, and most of the 18 projects have high performance coefficient and system energy efficiency ratio. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of almost all projects is less than 5 鈩
